- 예수님이 제자들과 함께 바닷가로 다시 가시자 갈릴리에서 온 많은 사람들이 뒤따랐다.
- 또 유대, 예루살렘, 이두매, 요단강 건너편, 두로와 시돈 근처에서도 많은 사람들이 예수님의 하신 일을 듣고 몰려왔다.
- 예수님은 몰려드는 사람들을 피하려고 제자들에게 작은 배 한 척을 준비하라고 하셨다.
- 예수님이 많은 사람들을 고쳐 주셨으므로 병으로 고생하는 사람들이 예수님을 만지려고 마구 밀어닥쳤다.
- 그리고 더러운 귀신 들린 사람들은 예수님을 보기만 하면 그분 앞에 엎드려 '당신은 하나님의 아들입니다.' 하고 소리쳤다.

- But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,
- And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.
- And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.
- For he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.
- And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.

- 그래서 예수님은 그들에게 자기가 누구라는 것을 말하지 말라고 엄하게 경고하셨다.
- 예수님은 산에 올라가 자기가 원하는 사람들을 불러모으셨다. 그들이 모두 모이자
- 예수님은 열 두 제자를 따로 뽑아 자기와 함께 있게 하시고 또 내보내어 전도도 하게 하시며
- 귀신을 쫓아 내는 권능도 주셨다.
- 예수님이 뽑아 세운 이 열 두 제자는 이렇다. : 베드로라는 이름을 받은 시몬,

- And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.
- And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him.
- And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
- And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:
- And Simon he surnamed Peter;

- 보아너게 곧 우뢰의 아들이란 이름을 받은 세베대의 두 아들 야고보와 요한,
- 안드레, 빌립, 바돌로매, 마태, 도마, 알패오의 아들 야고보, 다대오, 가나안 사람 시몬,
- 그리고 예수님을 판 가룟 사람 유다였다.
- 예수님이 어느 집에 들어가시자 다시 많은 사람들이 몰려와 예수님 일행은 식사할 겨를도 없었다.
- 한편 예수님의 가족은 그분이 미쳤다는 소문을 듣고 붙잡으러 찾아 나섰다

- And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:
- And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Canaanite,
- And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.
- And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
- And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.

- 예루살렘에서 내려온 율법학자들은 '그에게 사탄이 붙었다.' 하며 또 '그가 귀신의 왕을 힘입어 귀신을 쫓아낸다.' 하였다.
- 그래서 예수님은 그들을 가까이 불러 놓고 비유를 들어 이렇게 말씀하셨다. '사탄이 어떻게 사탄을 쫓아낼 수 있겠느냐?
- 한 나라가 서로 싸워 갈라지면 망하고
- 한 집안도 서로 싸워 갈라지면 망한다.
- 그래서 사탄의 나라도 서로 싸워 갈라지면 오래가지 못하고 망하는 법이다.

- And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.
- And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
- And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
- And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
- And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.

- 강한 사람의 집에 들어가 물건을 털어가려고 하면 먼저 그 사람을 잡아 묶어야 한다. 그렇지 않고는 그 집을 털 수가 없다.
- 내가 분명히 말해 둔다. 사람에게 대한 모든 죄와 모독은 용서받을 수 있으나
- 성령님을 모독하는 자는 절대로 용서받지 못하고 그의 죄는 영원히 남는다.'
- 예수님이 이렇게 말씀하신 것은 사람들이 '그에게 더러운 귀신이 붙었다.' 하고 말했기 때문이다.
- 이때 예수님의 어머니와 형제들이 밖에 와서 사람을 시켜 예수님을 부르자

- No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
- Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
- But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.
- Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
- There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.

- 둘러앉은 사람들이 예수님께 '선생님, 어머니와 형제분들이 밖에서 선생님을 찾고 계십니다.' 하고 말하였다.
- 그때 예수님은 그들에게 '내 어머니와 형제가 누구냐?' 하시고
- 둘러앉은 사람들을 보시며 '보아라, 이들이 내 어머니며 내 형제들이다.
- 누구든지 하나님의 뜻을 따라 사는 사람이 내 형제와 자매이며 어머니이다.' 하고 말씀하셨다.

- And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.
- And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?
- And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
- For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
