- 그들이 바른 길을 버리고 어두운 길로 걸어가며
- 악을 행하는 일을 기뻐하고 악인들의 못된 짓을 즐거워하니
- 그들의 길은 굽었고 그들의 행위는 비뚤어지고 잘못되었다.
- 그럴 듯한 말로 유혹하는 음란한 여자에게서 지혜가 너를 구할 것이다.
- 그런 여자는 자기 남편을 버리고 하나님 앞에서 한 서약을 잊어버린 인간이다.

- Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;
- Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;
- Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:
- To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;
- Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.

- 그녀의 집이 사망으로, 그녀의 길이 지옥으로 기울어졌으니
- 누구든지 그런 여자를 찾아가는 자는 다시 돌이킬 수 없고 생명의 길로 돌아오지 못한다.
- 그러므로 너는 선한 사람들을 본받아 의로운 삶을 살아야 한다.
- 정직하고 흠 없이 사는 사람들은 이 땅에서 살아 남을 것이지만
- 악하고 신실치 못한 자들은 이 땅에서 뿌리째 뽑혀 사라질 것이다.

- For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.
- None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.
- That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.
- For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.
- But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.
