누가복음 23:13-23:43

 예수님에 대한 송사가 유대인의 종교 문제임을 안 빌라도는 예수님을 석방하려고 했으나, 무리들은 예수님을 죽일 것을 요구했다. 빌라도는 예수님에게 죄가 없음을 알면서도 무리들의 폭동을 우려해 사형을 언도했고, 이에 예수님은 십자가에 못박히셨다.
  
  십자가에 못박히심(23:13-23:43)    
 
  1. 빌라도는 대제사장들과 지도자들과 백성을 소집하고
  2. 그들에게 이렇게 말하였다. '여러분은 이 사람이 백성을 선동한다고 나에게 끌고 왔소. 그래서 내가 여러분이 보는 앞에서 직접 조사해 보았으나 이 사람에게서 여러분이 고소한 죄를 찾지 못하였소.
  3. 헤롯도 이 사람에게서 죄를 찾지 못하고 우리에게 되돌려보냈는데 사실 이 사람은 죽을 짓을 한 일이 아무것도 없습니다.
  4. 그러므로 매질하여 놓아 주겠소.'
  5. (없음)
  1. Pilate summoned the chief priests and the rulers and the people,
  2. and said to them, "You brought this man to me as one who incites the people to rebellion, and behold, having examined Him before you, I have found no guilt in this man regarding the charges which you make against Him.
  3. "No, nor has Herod, for he sent Him back to us; and behold, nothing deserving death has been done by Him.
  4. "Therefore I will punish Him and release Him."
  5. [Now he was obliged to release to them at the feast one prisoner.]
  1. 그러자 군중들은 일제히 큰 소리로 '그 사람은 죽이고 우리에게 바라바를 석방해 주시오!' 하고 외쳤다.
  2. 바라바는 성 안에서 폭동을 일으키고 살인한 죄로 갇혀있는 죄수였다.
  3. 빌라도는 예수님을 놓아 주고 싶어서 군중들에게 다시 말했으나
  4. 그들은 계속 소리를 지르며 '십자가에 못박으시오! 십자가에 못박으시오!' 하고 외쳤다.
  5. 그러자 빌라도가 그들에게 세 번째 말하였다. '이유가 무엇이오? 이 사람이 무슨 죄를 지었소? 나는 이 사람에게서 죽일 만한 죄를 찾지 못했으므로 매질이나 해서 놓아 주겠소.'
  1. But they cried out all together, saying, "Away with this man, and release for us Barabbas!"
  2. (He was one who had been thrown into prison for an insurrection made in the city, and for murder.)
  3. Pilate, wanting to release Jesus, addressed them again,
  4. but they kept on calling out, saying, "Crucify, crucify Him!"
  5. And he said to them the third time, "Why, what evil has this man done? I have found in Him no guilt demanding death; therefore I will punish Him and release Him."
  1. 그러나 그들이 큰 소리로 외쳐대며 예수님을 십자가에 못박아야 한다고 끈질기게 요구하자 마침내 그들의 소리가 이기고 말았다.
  2. 그래서 빌라도는 그들의 요구대로 할 것을 선언하였다.
  3. 그리고 그는 그들이 요구한 사람, 곧 폭동과 살인죄로 감옥에 갇힌 죄수를 석방하고 예수님을 넘겨 주어 그들이 마음대로 하게 하였다.
  4. 그들이 예수님을 끌고 가다가 시골에서 올라오는 구레네 사람 시몬을 붙잡아 십자가를 지우고 예수님의 뒤를 따라가게 하였다.
  5. 그리고 많은 사람들이 예수님을 뒤따라갔다. 그들 가운데는 예수님 때문에 슬퍼하며 우는 여자들도 있었다.
  1. But they were insistent, with loud voices asking that He be crucified. And their voices began to prevail.
  2. And Pilate pronounced sentence that their demand be granted.
  3. And he released the man they were asking for who had been thrown into prison for insurrection and murder, but he delivered Jesus to their will.
  4. When they led Him away, they seized a man, Simon of Cyrene, coming in from the country, and placed on him the cross to carry behind Jesus.
  5. And following Him was a large crowd of the people, and of women who were mourning and lamenting Him.
  1. 예수님은 몸을 돌이켜 그들에게 이렇게 말씀하셨다. '예루살렘의 딸들아, 나를 위해 울지 말고 너희와 너희 자녀들을 위해 울어라.
  2. 앞으로 사람들이 '임신하지 못하고 아기를 낳아 보지 못하고 젖을 먹여 보지 못한 여자들이 행복하다.' 하고 말할 때가 올 것이다.
  3. 그때 사람들이 높은 산을 향해 '우리 위에 무너져라.' 할 것이며 낮은 산을 향해 '우리를 덮어라.' 할 것이다.
  4. 푸른 나무와 같은 나도 이런 일을 당하는데 마른 나무와 같은 너희 유대인들이야 무슨 일인들 당하지 않겠느냐?'
  5. 다른 두 죄수도 사형을 받기 위해 예수님과 함께 끌려갔다.
  1. But Jesus turning to them said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, stop weeping for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.
  2. "For behold, the days are coming when they will say, 'Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never nursed.'
  3. "Then they will begin TO SAY TO THE MOUNTAINS, 'FALL ON US,' AND TO THE HILLS, 'COVER US.'
  4. "For if they do these things when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?"
  5. Two others also, who were criminals, were being led away to be put to death with Him.
  1. 그들이 '해골'이라는 곳에 이르렀을 때 군인들이 예수님을 십자가에 못박고 두 죄수도 못박았는데 하나는 예수님의 오른편에, 하나는 왼편에 매달았다.
  2. 그때 예수님은 '아버지, 저 사람들을 용서해 주십시오. 저들은 자기들이 하는 일을 모르고 있습니다.' 하고 말씀하셨다. 그들이 예수님의 옷을 제비 뽑자
  3. 백성들은 서서 구경하고 유대인 지도자들도 예수님을 비웃으며 '그가 남을 구원하였으니 만일 하나님이 택하신 그리스도라면 자기도 구원하게 하라.' 하였다.
  4. 그리고 군인들도 다가와서 예수님을 조롱하고 신 포도주를 주면서
  5. '네가 유대인의 왕이라면 네 자신이나 구원하여라.' 하였다.
  1. When they came to the place called The Skull, there they crucified Him and the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left.
  2. But Jesus was saying, "Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing " And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves.
  3. And the people stood by, looking on. And even the rulers were sneering at Him, saying, "He saved others; let Him save Himself if this is the Christ of God, His Chosen One."
  4. The soldiers also mocked Him, coming up to Him, offering Him sour wine,
  5. and saying, "If You are the King of the Jews, save Yourself!"
  1. 예수님의 머리 위에는 '이 사람은 유대인의 왕이다.'라고 쓴 죄패가 붙어 있었다.
  2. 함께 십자가에 달린 죄수 중 한 사람은 '당신이 그리스도가 아니오? 당신 자신과 우리를 구원하시오.' 하며 예수님을 모욕하였으나
  3. 다른 죄수는 그를 꾸짖으며 '너는 똑같이 사형 선고를 받고도 하나님을 두려워하지 않느냐?
  4. 우리는 죄를 지었기 때문에 이런 벌을 받아도 싸지만 이분은 잘못한 것이 아무것도 없다.'하였다.
  5. 그리고서 그가 '예수님, 당신의 나라에 들어가실 때 저를 기억해 주십시오.' 하자
  1. Now there was also an inscription above Him, "THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS."
  2. One of the criminals who were hanged there was hurling abuse at Him, saying, "Are You not the Christ? Save Yourself and us!"
  3. But the other answered, and rebuking him said, "Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?
  4. "And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving what we deserve for our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong."
  5. And he was saying, "Jesus, remember me when You come in Your kingdom!"
  1. 예수님은 그에게 '내가 분명히 말하지만 오늘 네가 나와 함께 낙원에 있게 될 것이다.' 하고 말씀하셨다.
  1. And He said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise."
