레위기 26:40-27:34

 하나님께서는 사람, 가옥과 토지, 초태생의 생축과 헌물, 십일조에 관한 서원에 대한 규례를 정해 주셨다.
  
  서원 규례(26:40-27:34)    
 
  1. If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
  2. And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
  3. Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
  4. The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
  5. And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.
  1. 그들이 자기 죄와 그 열조의 죄와 및 그들이 나를 거스린 허물을 자복하고 또 자기들이 나를 대항하였으므로
  2. 나도 그들을 대항하여 그 대적의 땅으로 끌어 갔음을 깨닫고 그 할례 받지 아니한 마음이 낮아져서 그 죄악의 형벌을 순히 받으면
  3. 내가 야곱과 맺은 내 언약과 이삭과 맺은 내 언약을 생각하며 아브라함과 맺은 내 언약을 생각하고 그 땅을 권고하리라
  4. 그들이 나의 법도를 싫어하며 나의 규례를 멸시하였으므로 그 땅을 떠나서 사람이 없을 때에 땅이 황폐하여 안식을 누릴 것이요 그들은 자기 죄악으로 형벌을 순히 받으리라
  5. 그런즉 그들이 대적의 땅에 거할 때에 내가 싫어 버리지 아니하며 미워하지 아니하며 아주 멸하지 아니하여 나의 그들과 세운 언약을 폐하지 아니하리니 나는 여호와 그들의 하나님이 됨이라
  1. But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
  2. These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
  1. 내가 그들의 하나님이 되기 위하여 열방의 목전에 애굽에서 인도하여 낸 그들의 열조와 맺은 언약을 그들을 위하여 기억하리라 나는 여호와니라
  2. 이상은 여호와께서 시내산에서 자기와 이스라엘 자손 사이에 모세로 세우신 규례와 법도와 율법이니라
 
 
  1. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
  2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.
  3. And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
  4. And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
  5. And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
  1. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  2. 이스라엘 자손에게 고하여 이르라 사람을 여호와께 드리기로 서원하였으면 너는 그 값을 정할찌니
  3. 너의 정한 값은 이십세로 육십세까지는 남자이면 성소의 세겔대로 은 오십 세겔로 하고
  4. 여자이면 그 값을 삼십 세겔로 하며
  5. 오세로 이십세까지는 남자이면 그 값을 이십 세겔로 하고 여자이면 십 세겔로 하며
  1. And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
  2. And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
  3. But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
  4. And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.
  5. He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
  1. 일개월로 오세까지는 남자이면 그 값을 은 오 세겔로 하고 여자이면 그 값을 은 삼 세겔로 하며
  2. 육십세 이상은 남자이면 그 값을 십 오 세겔로 하고 여자는 십 세겔로 하라
  3. 그러나 서원자가 가난하여 너의 정가를 감당치 못하겠으면 그를 제사장의 앞으로 데리고 갈 것이요 제사장은 그 값을 정하되 그 서원자의 형세대로 값을 정할찌니라
  4. 사람이 예물로 여호와께 드리는 것이 생축이면 서원물로 여호와께 드릴 때는 다 거룩하니
  5. 그것을 변개하여 우열간 바꾸지 못할 것이요 혹 생축으로 생축을 바꾸면 둘 다 거룩할 것이며
  1. And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
  2. And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
  3. But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
  4. And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
  5. And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
  1. 부정하여 여호와께 예물로 드리지 못할 생축이면 그 생축을 제사장 앞으로 끌어 갈 것이요
  2. 제사장은 그 우열간에 정가할찌니 그 값이 제사장의 정한대로 될 것이며
  3. 그가 그것을 무르려면 정가에 그 오분 일을 더할찌니라
  4. 사람이 자기 집을 구별하여 여호와께 드리려면 제사장이 그 우열간에 정가할찌니 그 값이 제사장의 정한대로 될 것이며
  5. 그 사람이 자기 집을 무르려면 정가한 돈에 그 오분 일을 더할찌니 그리하면 자기 소유가 되리라
  1. And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
  2. If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
  3. But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
  4. And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
  5. And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
  1. 사람이 자기 기업된 밭 얼마를 구별하여 여호와께 드리려면 두락수대로 정가하되 보리 한 호멜지기에는 은 오십 세겔로 계산할찌며
  2. 그가 그 밭을 희년부터 구별하여 드렸으면 그 값을 네가 정한 대로 할 것이요
  3. 그 밭을 희년 후에 구별하여 드렸으면 제사장이 다음 희년까지 남은 년수를 따라 그 값을 계산하고 정가에서 그 값에 상당하게 감할 것이며
  4. 밭을 구별하여 드린 자가 그것을 무르려면 정가한 돈에 그 오분 일을 더할찌니 그리하면 그것이 자기 소유가 될 것이요
  5. 그가 그 밭을 무르지 아니하려거나 타인에게 팔았으면 다시는 무르지 못하고
  1. But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
  2. And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
  3. Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.
  4. In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
  5. And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
  1. 희년이 되어서 그 밭이 돌아오게 될 때에는 여호와께 바친 성물이 되어 영영히 드린 땅과 같이 제사장의 기업이 될 것이며
  2. 사람에게 샀고 자기 기업이 아닌 밭을 여호와께 구별하여 드렸으면
  3. 너는 정가하고 제사장은 그를 위하여 희년까지 계산하고 그는 너의 정가한 돈을 그 날에 여호와께 드려 성물을 삼을찌며
  4. 그 밭은 희년에 판 사람 곧 그 기업의 본주에게로 돌아 갈찌니라
  5. 너의 모든 정가를 성소의 세겔대로 하되 이십 게라를 한 세겔로 할찌니라
  1. Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.
  2. And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
  3. Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.
  4. None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
  5. And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.
  1. 오직 생축의 첫새끼는 여호와께 돌릴 첫새끼라 우 양을 물론하고 여호와의 것이니 누구든지 그것으로는 구별하여 드리지 못할 것이며
  2. 부정한 짐승이면 너의 정가에 그 오분 일을 더하여 속할 것이요 만일 속하지 아니하거든 너의 정가대로 팔찌니라
  3. 오직 여호와께 아주 바친 그 물건은 사람이든지 생축이든지 기업의 밭이든지 팔지도 못하고 속하지도 못하나니 바친 것은 다 여호와께 지극히 거룩함이며
  4. 아주 바친 그 사람은 다시 속하지 못하나니 반드시 죽일찌니라
  5. 땅의 십분 일 곧 땅의 곡식이나 나무의 과실이나 그 십분 일은 여호와의 것이니 여호와께 성물이라
  1. And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
  2. And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
  3. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
  4. These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
  1. 사람이 그 십분 일을 속하려면 그것에 그 오분 일을 더할 것이요
  2. 소나 양의 십분 일은 막대기 아래로 통과하는 것의 열째마다 여호와의 거룩한 것이 되리니
  3. 그 우열을 교계하거나 바꾸거나 하지 말라 바꾸면 둘 다 거룩하리니 속하지 못하리라
  4. 이상은 여호와께서 시내산에서 이스라엘 자손을 위하여 모세에게 명하신 계명이니라
 
  서원(誓願, 27:2)  하나님께 어떤 것을 행하겠다고 스스로 맹세하는 것
