- Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
- He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
- He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
- In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
- He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.

- 야훼여! 당신 장막에서 살 자 누구입니까? 당신의 거룩한 산에 머무를 자 누구입니까?
- 허물없이 정직하게 살며 마음으로부터 진실을 말하고
- 남을 모함하지 않는 사람, 이웃을 해치지 않고 친지를 모욕하지 않으며,
- 야훼 눈 밖에 난 자를 얕보되 야훼 두려워하는 이를 높이는 사람, 손해를 보아도 맹세를 지키고,
- 돈놀이하지 않으며, 뇌물을 받고 무죄한 자를 해치지 않는 사람. 이렇게 사는 사람은 영원히 흔들리지 아니하리라.
