레위기 26:40-27:34

 하나님께서는 사람, 가옥과 토지, 초태생의 생축과 헌물, 십일조에 관한 서원에 대한 규례를 정해 주셨다.
  
  서원 규례(26:40-27:34)    
 
  1. If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
  2. And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
  3. Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
  4. The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
  5. And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.
  1. 그 때에 그들은 나를 배신하고 나에게 반항하여 저지른 그들의 죄와 조상의 죄를 고백하지 않을 수 없으리라.
  2. 나는 그들과 맞서 그들로 하여금 원수들의 땅에 끌려가게 하리라. 그 때에 그들은 교만하던 마음을 숙여야 하리라. 자기의 죄벌을 달게 받아야 하리라.
  3. 그리하면 나는 야곱과 맺은 계약, 이사악과 맺은 계약, 아브라함과 맺은 계약을 생각하며 너희의 땅을 기억할 것이다.
  4. 그들이 버리고 떠난 땅이 폐허로 있으면서 안식을 누리고 있는 동안, 그들은 자기들의 죄벌을 달게 받아야 하리라. 내가 정해 준 규정을 역겨워하고 내가 세워준 법을 가볍게 여겨 거부하다가, 마침내 닥쳐오는 죄벌을 면할 길이 없으리라.
  5. 그렇지만 나는 그들이 원수들의 땅에 있는 동안에 그들을 역겨워하여 저버리지는 아니하리라. 나는 그들과 맺은 계약을 깨뜨리지 아니하리라. 나 야훼가 그들의 하느님이기 때문이다.
  1. But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
  2. These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
  1. 나 야훼는 그들의 하느님이 되기 위하여 뭇 백성이 보는 가운데서 그들의 선조들을 이집트 땅에서 이끌어내면서 그 첫 세대와 맺은 계약을 기억하고 그들을 저버리지 아니하리라.'"
  2. 야훼께서 시나이 산에서 모세를 시켜, 당신과 이스라엘 백성 사이에 세워주신 여러 가지 규정과 관례와 법령은 위와 같다.
 
 
  1. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
  2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.
  3. And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
  4. And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
  5. And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
  1. 야훼께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. "너는 이스라엘 백성에게 이렇게 일러주어라. '누구든지 서약한 대로 야훼께 사람을 바치려는 경우에는 그 값을 매기는데
  3. 이십 세에서 육십 세에 이르는 남자의 값은 성소의 세겔로 은 오십 세겔이다.
  4. 여자이면 삼십 세겔이다.
  5. 오 세에서 이십 세에 이르는 남자의 값은 이십 세겔이요, 여자는 십 세겔이다.
  1. And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
  2. And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
  3. But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
  4. And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.
  5. He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
  1. 한 달 된 아기로부터 다섯 살 된 아이까지, 사내아이는 그 값이 은 오 세겔이요 계집아이는 은 삼 세겔이다.
  2. 육십 세 이상인 남자는 그 값이 십오 세겔이요, 여자는 십 세겔이다.
  3. 너무 가난해서 이런 값을 낼 수 없는 사람이 있으면, 그를 사제 앞에 나서게 하고 사제가 그 값을 매기는데 그 서약한 사람의 힘에 겹지 않게 값을 매겨야 한다.
  4. 그가 드리기로 한 것이 야훼께 예물로 바칠 수 있는 짐승이면 야훼께 드리려고 한 그것은 곧 거룩한 것이 된다.
  5. 그러므로 그것을 바꾸지 못한다. 좋은 것을 나쁜 것과 바꾸지 못하고, 나쁜 것을 좋은 것과 바꾸지도 못한다. 짐승끼리 맞바꾸려고 하면 그 바꾸려는 것 둘이 다 거룩한 것이 된다.
  1. And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
  2. And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
  3. But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
  4. And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
  5. And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
  1. 드리기로 한 것이 야훼께 예물로 바칠 수 없는 부정한 짐승이면, 그것이 어떤 짐승이든지 사제 앞에 세워두고,
  2. 사제가 그 짐승이 좋은지 나쁜지 가려서 값을 매겨야 한다. 사제가 값을 매기면 그것으로 값이 결정된다.
  3. 그것을 물러내고 싶으면 그 값에다가 그 오분의 일을 얹어 물어야 한다.
  4. 누구든지 야훼께 자기의 집을 바쳐 거룩하게 하려는 경우에는, 사제가 그 집이 좋은지 나쁜지 가려서 값을 매겨야 한다. 사제가 값을 매기면 그것으로 그 값이 결정된다.
  5. 누구든지 자기 집을 거룩한 물건으로 바쳤다가 물러내려면 매겨진 값에다가 그 오분의 일을 얹어 물어야 한다. 그러면 그 집이 다시 제 것이 된다.
  1. And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
  2. If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
  3. But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
  4. And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
  5. And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
  1. 누구든지 상속받은 자기의 밭을 야훼께 바쳐 거룩하게 하려면, 거기에 뿌리는 씨앗의 분량을 따라 그 값을 매겨야 한다. 보리 한 호멜 뿌릴 만한 밭은 그 값이 은 오십 세겔이다.
  2. 희년부터 자기 밭을 바쳐 거룩하게 하려면, 그 값이 다 제 값이 되지만,
  3. 희년이 지난 다음에 자기 밭을 바쳐 거룩하게 하려면, 사제가 희년까지 남은 햇수를 세어 그 값을 계산해 가지고 본값에서 깎아주어야 한다.
  4. 누구든지 거룩하게 바쳤던 밭을 물러내려면 매겨진 값에다 그 오분의 일을 얹어 물면 다시 제 것이 된다.
  5. 그 밭을 무르지 않고 남에게 팔았으면, 그 밭은 다시 물러낼 수 없다.
  1. But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.
  2. And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
  3. Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.
  4. In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
  5. And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
  1. 그 밭도 희년이 되면 해약이 되기는 하나, 여느 사람은 범접하지 못할 것으로 바쳐진 거룩한 것이 된다. 그 상속권은 사제에게 있다.
  2. 상속받은 밭은 아니나 매입한 밭을 야훼께 바쳐 거룩하게 하였을 경우에는,
  3. 사제가 희년까지 따져 그 값을 매겨주어야 한다. 그러면 그는 당일로 그 매겨진 값을 거룩한 것으로 야훼께 바쳐야 한다.
  4. 희년이 되면, 그 밭을 팔기는 했으나 땅의 상속권을 가지고 있는 본 임자에게 그 밭은 돌아간다.
  5. 그런데 이십 게라를 한 세겔로 하는 성소의 세겔로 값을 매겨야 한다.
  1. Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.
  2. And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
  3. Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.
  4. None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
  5. And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.
  1. 짐승의 맏배는 으레 야훼의 것이다. 그러므로 그것을 새삼스레 거룩한 것으로 바칠 것이 없다. 소든 양이든 맏배는 야훼의 것이다.
  2. 그러나 부정한 짐승이면, 매겨진 값에 오분의 일을 얹어서 물러낼 수 있다. 물러내고 싶지 않으면 매겨진 값에 팔아야 한다.
  3. 그러나 누구든지 여느 사람은 범접하지 못할 것으로 자기가 가진 것을 야훼께 예물로 바쳤으면 그것이 사람이든지 짐승이든지 상속받은 밭이든지 팔거나 물러낼 수 없다. 여느 사람은 범접하지 못할 것으로 야훼께 바친 것은 무엇이든지 더없이 거룩한 것이다.
  4. 여느 사람은 범접하지 못할 것으로 사람을 바쳤으면 그 사람이 누구이든지 물러낼 수 없으며 반드시 죽여야 한다.
  5. 땅에서 나는 곡식이든 나무에 열리는 열매이든 땅에서 난 것의 십분의 일은 야훼의 것이니, 야훼께 바칠 거룩한 것이다.
  1. And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
  2. And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
  3. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
  4. These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
  1. 누구든지 자기가 바친 십분의 일세의 일부를 물러내려면, 그 값에 오분의 일을 얹어 물어야 한다.
  2. 소든 양이든 목자가 지팡이로 거느리는 모든 짐승의 십분의 일은 야훼께 거룩한 것으로 바쳐야 한다.
  3. 좋고 나쁜 것을 고르지 못하고 바꾸지도 못한다. 그것을 기어이 바꾸려고 하면 그 바꾸려는 것 둘이 다 거룩한 것이 되어 물러낼 수 없게 되리라.'"
  4. 이것이 야훼께서 시나이 산에서 모세를 시키시어 이스라엘 백성에게 내리신 계명이다.
