- After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
- Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
- Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
- Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
- And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.

- 그 뒤 주께서 달리 일흔두 제자를 뽑아 앞으로 찾아가실 여러 마을과 고장으로 미리 둘씩 짝지어 보내시며
- 이렇게 분부하셨다. "추수할 것은 많은데 일꾼이 적으니 주인에게 추수할 일꾼들을 보내달라고 청하여라.
- 떠나라. 이제 내가 너희를 보내는 것이 마치 어린 양을 이리떼 가운데 보내는 것과 같구나.
- 다닐 때 돈주머니도 식량 자루도 신도 지니지 말 것이며 누구와 인사하느라고 가던 길을 멈추지도 마라.
- 어느 집에 들어가든지 먼저 '이 댁에 평화를 빕니다!' 하고 인사하여라.

- And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
- And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
- And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:
- And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
- But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,

- 그 집에 평화를 바라는 사람이 살고 있으면 너희가 비는 평화가 그 사람에게 머무를 것이고 그렇지 못하면 너희에게 되돌아올 것이다.
- 주인이 주는 음식을 먹고 마시면서 그 집에 머물러 있어라. 일꾼이 품삯을 받는 것은 당연한 일이다. 이 집 저 집으로 옮겨다니지 마라.
- 어떤 동네에 들어가든지 너희를 환영하거든 주는 음식을 먹고
- 그 동네 병자들을 고쳐주며 하느님 나라가 그들에게 다가왔다고 전하여라.
- 그러나 어떤 동네에 들어갔을 때 사람들이 너희를 환영하지 않거든 길거리에 나가서

- Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
- But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
- Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
- But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
- And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

- '당신네 동네에서 묻은 발의 먼지를 당신들한테 털어놓고 갑니다. 그러나 하느님 나라가 다가왔다는 것만은 알아두시오.' 하고 일러주어라.
- 내 말을 잘 들어라. 그 날이 오면 소돔 땅이 그 동네보다 오히려 가벼운 벌을 받을 것이다."
- "코라진아, 너는 화를 입으리라. 베싸이다야, 너도 화를 입으리라. 너희에게 행한 기적들을 띠로와 시돈에게 보였더라면 그들은 벌써 베옷을 입고 앉아서 재를 들쓰고 회개하였을 것이다.
- 심판 날에 띠로와 시돈이 너희보다 오히려 가벼운 벌을 받을 것이다.
- 너 가파르나움아, 네가 하늘에 오를 것 같으냐? 지옥에 떨어질 것이다."

- He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

- 이렇게 꾸짖으시고 제자들에게 "너희의 말을 듣는 사람은 나의 말을 듣는 사람이고 너희를 배척하는 사람은 나를 배척하는 사람이며 나를 배척하는 사람은 곧 나를 보내신 분을 배척하는 사람이다." 하고 말씀하셨다.
