- Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.

- They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
- They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
- For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:

- 하느님, 침묵을 깨소서. 잠잠하지도 쉬지도 마소서, 하느님.
- 당신의 적들이 소리 높이 떠들고 당신의 원수들이 머리를 치켜 듭니다.
- 당신 백성을 거슬러 음모를 꾸미고 당신 보호 아래 있는 자들을 거슬러 공모하며
- "같이 가서 그들의 나라를 쳐부수자. 이스라엘은 그 이름마저 남기지 말자." 합니다.
- 그들은 모두 한속으로 공모하여 당신을 치려고 손을 잡았습니다.

- Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;
