	역대상 26:1-27:34 다윗은 성전 문지기와 창고지기, 그리고 치안이나 재판, 행정 일을 맡아 볼 일꾼들을 임명하였다. 이어 국방 강화를 위해 열두 개의 상비군을 조직하고 각 지파마다 행정 장관을 배정하였으며, 왕실 재정 관리자들과 왕의 보좌관들을 각각 임명하고 직임을 맡겼다.

	성전 문지기, 창고지기, 유사(26:1-26:32)

Concerning the divisions of the porters: Of the Korhites was Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.

And the sons of Meshelemiah were, Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,

Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.

Moreover the sons of Obededom were, Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth.

Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peulthai the eighth: for God blessed him.

수위대로는 코라파 므셀레미야반이 있었는데, 므셀레미야는 에비야삽의 후손 코레의 아들이었다.

그의 아들들은 맏아들이 즈가리야, 둘째가 여디아엘, 셋째가 즈바디야, 넷째가 얏니엘,

다섯째가 엘람, 여섯째가 여호하난, 일곱째가 엘료에내였다.

오베데돔의 아들은 맏아들이 스마야, 둘째가 여호자밧, 셋째가 요아, 넷째가 사갈, 다섯째가 느다넬,

여섯째가 암미엘, 일곱째가 이싸갈, 여덟째가 브울대였다. 오베데돔은 이렇게 하느님께 복받은 사람이었다.

Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour.

The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah.

All these of the sons of Obededom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore and two of Obededom.

And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen.

Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons; Simri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief;)

그의 아들 스마야에게서 얻은 손자들이 온 가문을 거느렸다. 그들은 힘센 장사들이었다.

스마야의 아들은 옷니, 르바엘, 오벳, 엘자밧, 그리고 엘리후와 스마기야라는 장사 형제가 있었다.

이상이 모두 오베데돔의 후손이다. 그들 일족은 대대로 힘이 세어 직무를 수행하기에 아무 어려움이 없었다. 오베데돔파는 모두 육십이 명이었다.

므셀레미야의 아들과 형제도 장사들이었는데, 모두 십팔 명이었다.

므라리의 후손 호사에게도 아들이 있었다. 맏아들 시므리는 본디 맏아들이 아니었으나 아버지가 맏아들로 삼았다.

Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.

Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD.

And they cast lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for every gate.

And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.

To Obededom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim.

둘째는 힐키야, 셋째는 트발리야, 넷째는 즈가리야, 호사의 아들과 형제는 모두 십육 명이었다.

이상 수위대원들은 수문장들의 지휘 아래 다른 형제들과 함께 야훼의 성전을 지키는 일을 맡았다.

그들은 큰 가문 작은 가문 가리지 않고 제비를 뽑아 각 문을 맡았다.

해 뜨는 쪽 문을 놓고 제비를 뽑으니, 셀레미야가 뽑혔다. 그의 아들 즈가리야는 명석한 참모였는데, 제비를 뽑아 북문을 맡게 되었다.

오베데돔에게는 남문이 돌아갔고, 그의 아들들에게는 창고가 돌아갔다.

To Shuppim and Hosah the lot came forth westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward.

Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.

At Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.

These are the divisions of the porters among the sons of Kore, and among the sons of Merari.

And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

수빔과 호새에게는 해 지는 쪽 문과 성전으로 올라오는 큰 길 가에 있는 살레겟 문이 돌아갔다. 이렇게 서로 일을 나누어 맡았다.

날마다 해 뜨는 쪽 문에 여섯 사람, 북문에 네 사람, 남문에 네 사람, 창고에는 두 사람이 배치되었다.

해 지는 쪽 회랑 큰길에는 넷이 배치되었고 회랑에는 둘이 배치되었다.

코라 후손과 므라리 후손 수위대는 이상과 같이 일을 나누어 맡았다.

하느님의 성전 창고와 거룩한 제물 보관 창고도 그들과 일족인 레위인들이 맡았다.

As concerning the sons of Laadan; the sons of the Gershonite Laadan, chief fathers, even of Laadan the Gershonite, were Jehieli.

The sons of Jehieli; Zetham, and Joel his brother, which were over the treasures of the house of the LORD.

Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:

And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.

And his brethren by Eliezer; Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.

게르손 후손으로 라아단이라는 사람이 있었는데, 그의 아들 여히엘이 그 가문의 수령이었다.

여히엘의 아들 가운데 제담과 요엘 형제가 야훼의 성전 창고를 맡았다.

아므람, 이스할, 헤브론, 우찌엘 가문에서

And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated; and whosoever had dedicated any thing, it was under the hand of Shelomith, and of his brethren.

Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.

And of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, were officers among them of Israel on this side Jordan westward in all the business of the LORD, and in the service of the king.

이 슬로밋이 동기들과 함께 다윗 왕과 각 가문의 수령과 천인대장, 백인대장 등 군지휘관들이 바치는 거룩한 제물 창고를 도맡았다.

그들은 싸움터에서 가져온 전리품 일부를 바쳐 야훼의 성전을 뒷받침하였다.

선견자 사무엘, 키스의 아들 사울, 넬의 아들 아브넬, 스루야의 아들 요압이 바친 거룩한 것도 다 슬로밋과 그의 동기들이 맡았다.

이스할 가문에서는 그나니야가 아들들과 함께 관리이자 판사로서 이스라엘의 일반 행정을 맡아보았다.

헤브론 가문에서는 하사비야가 천칠백 명이나 되는 동기들을 거느리고 요르단 강에서 해 지는 곳에 이르기까지 이스라엘을 지키며, 야훼의 일과 왕을 섬기는 모든 일을 하였다.

Among the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even among the Hebronites, according to the generations of his fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jazer of Gilead.

And his brethren, men of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred chief fathers, whom king David made rulers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and affairs of the king.

또한 헤브론 가문에서는 족보와 가문을 망라해서 여리야가 수령이 되었다. 다윗은 왕이 된 지 사십 년 되던 해에 헤브론 가문을 조사하다가 길르앗 야아젤에 장사들이 있는 것을 알게 되었다.

이 여리야의 일족 가운데는 이천칠백 명 장사가 있었는데, 그들은 각 가문의 수령이었다. 다윗 왕은 그들을 임명하여 르우벤, 가드, 므나쎄 반쪽 지파를 거느리고 하느님의 일과 왕을 섬기는 일을 도맡아 하게 하였다.

	군대 및 행정 조직(27:1-27:34)

Now the children of Israel after their number, to wit, the chief fathers and captains of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in any matter of the courses, which came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year, of every course were twenty and four thousand.

Over the first course for the first month was Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

Of the children of Perez was the chief of all the captains of the host for the first month.

And over the course of the second month was Dodai an Ahohite, and of his course was Mikloth also the ruler: in his course likewise were twenty and four thousand.

The third captain of the host for the third month was Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, a chief priest: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

이스라엘 백성 가운데 왕을 섬기는 각 가문의 수령과 천인대장, 백인대장, 관리의 수는 다음과 같다. 그들은 일년에 한 번씩 번갈아 맡은 일을 했는데 반마다 이만 사천 명으로 편성되어 있었다.

정월에 복무할 제일반은 잡디엘의 아들 야소브암의 지휘 아래 있었다. 그가 거느리는 반은 이만 사천 명이었다.

그는 베레스의 후손으로서 정월에 복무하는 부대 지휘관들의 총사령관이었다.

이월에 복무할 제이반은 아호 사람 도대의 아들 엘르아잘이 지휘하였다. 그가 지휘하는 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

This is that Benaiah, who was mighty among the thirty, and above the thirty: and in his course was Ammizabad his son.

The fourth captain for the fourth month was Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The fifth captain for the fifth month was Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The sixth captain for the sixth month was Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The seventh captain for the seventh month was Helez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

이 브나야는 삼십인 용사 가운데 하나로서 삼십인부대의 수령이었다. 그의 아들 암미자밧이 그의 반을 지휘하였다.

사월에 복무할 제사반의 지휘관은 요압의 아우 아사헬이었는데, 그의 아들 즈바디야가 그의 뒤를 이었다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

오월에 복무할 제오반의 지휘관은 제라 사람 삼훗이었다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

유월에 복무할 제육반의 지휘관은 드고아 사람 익케스의 아들 이라였다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

칠월에 복무할 제칠반의 지휘관은 에브라임 지파 블론 사람 헬레스였다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

The eighth captain for the eighth month was Sibbecai the Hushathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The ninth captain for the ninth month was Abiezer the Anetothite, of the Benjamites: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The tenth captain for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The eleventh captain for the eleventh month was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

The twelfth captain for the twelfth month was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

팔월에 복무할 제팔반의 지휘관은 제라 지파 후사 사람 십개였다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

구월에 복무할 제구반의 지휘관은 아나돗에 사는 베냐민 지파 아비에젤이었다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

시월에 복무할 제십반의 지휘관은 제라 지파 느토바 사람 마하래였다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

십일월에 복무할 제십일반의 지휘관은 에브라임 지파 비라돈 사람 브나야였다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

십이월에 복무할 제십이반의 지휘관은 오드니엘 지파 느토바 사람 헬대였다. 그가 거느린 반도 이만 사천 명이었다.

Furthermore over the tribes of Israel: the ruler of the Reubenites was Eliezer the son of Zichri: of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the son of Maachah:

Of the Levites, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel: of the Aaronites, Zadok:

Of Judah, Elihu, one of the brethren of David: of Issachar, Omri the son of Michael:

Of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah: of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of Azriel:

Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Azaziah: of the half tribe of Manasseh, Joel the son of Pedaiah:

이스라엘 각 지파를 다스리는 사람은 다음과 같다. 르우벤 지파는 지그리의 아들 엘리에젤, 시므온 지파는 마아가의 아들 스바티야,

레위 지파는 크무엘의 아들 하사비야, 아론 지파는 사독,

유다 지파는 다윗의 형 엘리후, 이싸갈 지파는 미가엘의 아들 오므리,

즈불룬 지파는 오바디야의 아들 이스마야, 납달리 지파는 아즈리엘의 아들 여리못,

에브라임 지파는 아자지야의 아들 호세아, 므나쎄 반쪽 지파는 브다야의 아들 요엘,

Of the half tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the son of Zechariah: of Benjamin, Jaasiel the son of Abner:

Of Dan, Azareel the son of Jeroham. These were the princes of the tribes of Israel.

But David took not the number of them from twenty years old and under: because the LORD had said he would increase Israel like to the stars of the heavens.

Joab the son of Zeruiah began to number, but he finished not, because there fell wrath for it against Israel; neither was the number put in the account of the chronicles of king David.

And over the king's treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel: and over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Jehonathan the son of Uzziah:

길르앗에 있는 므나쎄 다른 반쪽 지파는 즈가리야의 아들 이또, 베냐민 지파는 아브넬의 아들 야아시엘,

단 지파는 여로함의 아들 아자렐이었다. 이상이 이스라엘 지파들을 다스리는 사람들이었다.

야훼께서 이스라엘 백성을 하늘의 별만큼 불어나게 해주시겠다고 하셨으므로 다윗은 이십 세 이하는 등록시키지 않았다.

스루야의 아들 요압은 병적 조사를 시작해 놓고는 끝내지 않았다. 이 병적 조사 때문에 야훼의 진노가 이스라엘 위에 떨어졌던 것이다. 그 때에 실시한 병적 조사는 다윗 왕 실록에 오르지 못하였다.

내탕고를 맡은 사람은 아디엘의 아들 아즈마?이었다. 시골과 도시, 마을과 요새에 있는 창고를 맡은 사람은 우찌야의 아들 요나단이었고,

And over them that did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was Ezri the son of Chelub:

And over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite: over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite:

And over the olive trees and the sycomore trees that were in the low plains was Baalhanan the Gederite: and over the cellars of oil was Joash:

And over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite: and over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai:

Over the camels also was Obil the Ishmaelite: and over the asses was Jehdeiah the Meronothite:

밭에서 농사하는 농군 감독은 글룹의 아들 에즈리가 맡았다.

포도원 책임자는 라마 사람 시므이, 포도원의 술 창고 책임자는 세벰 사람 잡디,

야산 지대에 있는 올리브와 돌무화과 책임자는 게델 사람 바알하난이었다. 기름 창고는 요아스가 맡았다.

사론에서 풀을 뜯는 소떼는 사론 사람 시트래가 맡아 길렀고 산골짜기에서 풀을 뜯는 소떼는 아들래의 아들 사밧이 맡았다.

낙타는 이스마엘 사람 오빌이 맡았고 나귀는 메로놋 사람 예흐디야가 맡았다.

And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagerite. All these were the rulers of the substance which was king David's.

Also Jonathan David's uncle was a counsellor, a wise man, and a scribe: and Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the king's sons:

And Ahithophel was the king's counsellor: and Hushai the Archite was the king's companion:

And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the general of the king's army was Joab.

양떼를 맡은 사람은 하그리 사람 야지즈였다. 이들이 다윗 왕의 재산 관리인들이었다.

다윗의 숙부 요나단은 슬기 있는 고문관이요 비서였는데, 이 요나단과 하그몬 사람 여히엘이 왕자들을 교육했다.

아히도벨은 왕의 고문이었고, 하르키 사람 후새는 왕의 신임을 받는 측근이었다.

브나야의 아들 여호야다가 에비아달과 함께 아히도벨의 뒤를 이었다. 왕의 군대 사령관은 요압이었다.

	체번(替番, 27:1) 임무를 교대함

	모사(謀士, 27:32) ‘책략에 능한 사람’이란 뜻으로 왕의 고관 대신을 가리킴
