- I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
- Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
- Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
- Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
- Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

- 여호와께서 택하신 왕이 대답하신다. '여호와께서 선포하신 것을 내가 알리노라. 그가 나에게 말씀하셨다. '너는 내 아들이다. 오늘 내가 너를 낳았다.
- 나에게 구하라. 내가 모든 나라를 너에게 줄 것이니 온 세상이 네 소유가 되리라.
- 네가 쇠막대기로 그들을 다스리며 질그릇같이 부숴 버릴 것이다.'
- 세상의 왕들과 지도자들아, 이제 너희는 이 경고를 듣고 교훈을 얻어라.
- 여호와를 두려운 마음으로 섬기고 떨며 즐거워하여라.
