- The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
- The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
- They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
- Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
- There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.

- (다윗의 시. 성가대 지휘자를 따라 부른 노래) 어리석은 사람은 그 마음에 '하나님이 없다.'고 말한다. 그들이 부패하고 더러운 일을 행하니 선을 행하는 사람이 없구나.
- 여호와께서는 하늘에서 모든 인간을 굽어 살피시며 지혜로운 사람과 하나님을 찾는 사람이 있는지 보려 하셨으나
- 다 잘못된 길로 갔으며 하나같이 더러워졌고 선을 행하는 사람이 없으니 하나도 없구나.
- 악을 행하는 자들이 다 무식한가? 그들은 떡 먹듯이 내 백성을 약탈해 먹고 여호와를 부르지 않는구나.
- 그들이 두려움에 사로잡혀 있으니 하나님이 의로운 자와 함께 계심이라.
