시편 37:12-37:22

 다윗은 악인은 일시적으로 번영한다 할지라도 결국 멸망당하고, 의인은 하나님께서 붙드셔서 은혜를 받게 될 것임을 노래하고 있다.
  
 
  1. The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
  2. The LORD shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.
  3. The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.
  4. Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.
  5. A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.
  1. 악한 자가 선한 사람을 해할 음모를 꾸미고 그들을 향해 이를 가는구나.
  2. 여호와께서 악한 자들을 보고 웃으심은 그들이 곧 망할 것을 아시기 때문이다.
  3. 악인들이 칼을 뽑고 활을 당겨 가난한 자를 쓰러뜨리고 정직하게 사는 자를 죽이려 하지만
  4. 그 칼이 자기들의 심장을 찌르고 그 활은 부러질 것이다.
  5. 의로운 사람의 적은 소유가 악인의 많은 재물보다 더 가치가 있다.
  1. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.
  2. The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.
  3. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
  4. But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.
  5. The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.
  1. 여호와께서 악인의 힘은 빼앗고 의로운 사람은 돌보시기 때문이다.
  2. 여호와께서 흠 없이 사는 자들의 생활을 다 알고 계시니 그들의 상급이 영원하리라.
  3. 그들은 환난 때에도 어려움을 당하지 않으며 기근 때에도 풍족할 것이나
  4. 악인들은 멸망할 것이며 여호와의 원수들은 풀처럼 마르고 연기처럼 사라질 것이다.
  5. 악인은 돈을 빌려 쓰고도 갚지 않지만 의로운 사람은 은혜를 베풀고 주기를 좋아한다.
  1. For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.
  1. 여호와의 축복을 받는 자는 땅을 소유할 것이며 여호와의 저주를 받는 자는 멸망하리라.
