- 오직 그분만이 나의 반석, 나의 구원, 나의 요새시니 내가 흔들리지 않으리라.
- 무너지는 담과 흔들리는 울타리 같은 자를 언제까지 너희가 단합하여 공박하겠느냐?
- 너희가 그를 높은 자리에서 끄집어 내리기만을 바라고 거짓말을 즐겨하니 입으로는 축복하고 속으로는 저주하는구나.
- 나의 영혼아, 말없이 하나님만 바라보아라. 나의 희망이 그에게서 나온다.

- In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
- Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
- Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.
- Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

- 사람은 신분이 천하건 귀하건 다 무익하고 한번의 입김에 불과하니 저울에 달면 아무것도 아니요 입김보다도 더 가볍다.
- 너희는 착취를 일삼지 말고 훔친 물건을 자랑하지 말며 재산이 늘어도 그것을 의지하지 말아라.

- 하나님이 한두 번 하시는 말씀을 들었지만 능력은 하나님께 속한 것이다.
- 여호와여, 주는 사랑과 자비가 풍성하셔서 각 사람이 행한 대로 갚아 주시는 분이십니다.
