- Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
- For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
- They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
- They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
- For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:

- (노래로 부른 아삽의 시) 하나님이시여, 침묵을 지키지 마소서. 하나님이시여, 말없이 조용하게 계시지 마소서.
- 보소서. 주의 원수들이 소란을 피우며 주를 미워하는 자들이 우쭐대고 있습니다.
- 그들이 주의 백성을 치고자 책략을 꾸미고 주께서 보호하는 자를 치려고 음모를 꾸며 말합니다.
- '자, 저희 나라를 멸망시키고 다시는 이스라엘이란 이름이 기억되지 않게 하자.'
- 그들이 함께 주를 대적할 음모를 꾸미고 동맹을 맺었으니

- The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;
- Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;
- Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.
