- Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.
- O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.
- But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.
- Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
- Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

- 의로우신 나의 하나님, 내가 부르짖을 때에 응답하여 주십시오. 내가 곤궁에 빠졌을 때에, 나를 막다른 길목에서 벗어나게 해주십시오. 나에게 은혜를 베푸시고, 나의 기도를 들어 주십시오.
- 너희 높은 자들아, 언제까지 내 영광을 욕되게 하려느냐? 언제까지 헛된 일을 좋아하며, 거짓 신을 섬기겠느냐? （셀라）
- 주님께서는 주님께 헌신하는 사람을 각별히 돌보심을 기억하여라. 주님께서는 내가 부르짖을 때에 들어 주신다.
- 너희는 분노하여도 죄짓지 말아라. 잠자리에 누워 마음 깊이 반성하면서, 눈물을 흘려라. （셀라）
- 올바른 제사를 드리고, 주님을 의지하여라.

- There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.
- Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.
- I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

- "주님, 우리에게 큰 복을 내려 주십시오." "누가 우리에게 좋은 일을 보여줄 수 있을까?" 하며 불평하는 사람이 많이 있습니다. 그러나 주님, 주님의 환한 얼굴을 우리에게 비춰 주십시오.
- 주님께서 내 마음에 안겨 주신 기쁨은 햇 곡식과 새 포도주가 풍성할 때에 누리는 기쁨보다 더 큽니다.
- 내가 편히 눕거나 잠드는 것도, 주님께서 나를 평안히 쉬게 하여 주시기 때문입니다.
