- Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men.
- They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.
- The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:
- Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?
- For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.

- 주님, 도와주십시오. 신실한 사람도 끊어지고, 진실한 사람도 사람 사는 세상에서 사라지고 있습니다.
- 사람들이 서로서로 거짓말을 해대며, 아첨하는 입술로 두 마음을 품고서 말합니다.
- 주님은, 간사한 모든 입술과 큰소리 치는 모든 혀를 끊으실 것이다.
- 비록 그들이 말하기를 "혀는 우리의 힘, 입술은 우리의 재산, 누가 우리를 이기리요" 하여도,
- 주님은 말씀하신다. "가련한 사람이 짓밟히고, 가난한 사람이 부르짖으니, 이제 내가 일어나서 그들이 갈망하는 구원을 베풀겠다."

- The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
- Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
- The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted.

- 주님의 말씀은 순결한 말씀, 도가니에서 단련한 은이요, 일곱 번 걸러 낸 순은이다.
- 주님, 주님께서 우리를 지켜 주십시오. 지금부터 영원까지, 우리를 지켜 주십시오.
- 주위에는 악인들이 우글거리고, 비열한 자들이 사람들 사이에서 높임을 받습니다.
