누가복음 24:13-24:53

 예수님은 엠마오로 가는 두 제자에게 나타나 자신의 부활을 확신시켜 주셨다. 그리고 그들이 예루살렘으로 돌아가서 열한 사도들에게 예수님의 부활을 증거하고 있을 때 그 가운데 나타나셔서 다시 한 번 자신의 부활을 확신시키시고 복음을 전파할 것을 명하신 후, 베다니에 이르러 제자들이 보는 가운데 승천하셨다.
  
  엠마오 도상의 두 제자(24:13-24:35)    
 
  1. And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
  2. And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
  3. And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
  4. But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
  5. And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
  1. 마침 그 날에 그들 가운데 두 사람이 예루살렘에서 한 삼십 리 떨어져 있는 엠마오라는 마을로 가고 있었다.
  2. 그들은 일어난 이 모든 일을 서로 이야기하고 있었다.
  3. 그들이 이야기하며 토론하고 있는데, 예수께서 가까이 가서, 그들과 함께 걸으셨다.
  4. 그러나 그들은 눈이 가려져서 예수를 알아보지 못하였다.
  5. 예수께서 그들에게 물으셨다. "당신들이 걸으면서 서로 주고 받는 이 말들은 무슨 이야기입니까?" 그들은 침통한 표정을 지으며 걸음을 멈추었다.
  1. And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?
  2. And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:
  3. And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.
  4. But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
  5. Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre;
  1. 그 때에 그들 가운데 하나인 글로바라는 사람이 예수께 말하였다. "예루살렘에 머물러 있었으면서, 이 며칠 동안에 거기에서 일어난 일을 당신 혼자만 모른단 말입니까?"
  2. 예수께서 그들에게 물으셨다. "무슨 일입니까?" 그들이 그에게 말하였다. "나사렛 예수에 관한 일입니다. 그는 하나님과 모든 백성 앞에서, 행동과 말씀에 힘이 있는 예언자였습니다.
  3. 그런데 우리의 대제사장들과 지도자들이 그를 넘겨주어서, 사형선고를 받게 하고, 십자가에 못박아 죽였습니다.
  4. 우리는 그분이야말로 이스라엘을 구원하실 분이라는 것을 알고서, 그분에게 소망을 걸고 있었던 것입니다. 그뿐만 아니라, 그런 일이 있은 지 벌써 사흘이 되었는데,
  5. 우리 가운데서 몇몇 여자가 우리를 놀라게 하였습니다. 그들은 새벽에 무덤에 갔다가,
  1. And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
  2. And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.
  3. Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
  4. Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
  5. And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
  1. 그의 시신을 찾지 못하고 돌아와서 하는 말이, 천사들의 환상을 보았다는 것입니다. 천사들이 예수가 살아 계신다고 말했다는 것입니다.
  2. 그래서 우리와 함께 있던 몇 사람이 무덤으로 가서 보니, 그 여자들이 말한 대로였고, 그분은 보지 못하였습니다."
  3. 예수께서는 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "어리석은 사람들입니다. 예언자들이 말한 모든 것을 믿는 마음이 그렇게도 무디니 말입니다.
  4. 그리스도가 마땅히 이런 고난을 겪고서, 자기 영광에 들어가야 하지 않겠습니까?"
  5. 그리고 예수께서는 모세와 모든 예언자에서부터 시작하여 성경 전체에서 자기에 관하여 써 놓은 일을 그들에게 설명하여 주셨다.
  1. And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.
  2. But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
  3. And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
  4. And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
  5. And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
  1. 그 두 길손은 자기들이 가려고 하는 마을에 가까이 이르렀다. 그런데 예수께서는 더 멀리 가는 척하셨다.
  2. 그러자 그들은 예수를 만류하여 말하였다. "저녁때가 되고, 날이 이미 저물었으니, 우리 집에 묵으십시오." 예수께서 그들의 집에 묵으려고 들어가셨다.
  3. 그리고 그들과 함께 음식을 잡수시려고 앉으셨을 때에, 예수께서 빵을 들어서 축복하시고, 떼어서 그들에게 주셨다.
  4. 그제서야 그들의 눈이 열려서, 예수를 알아보았다. 그러나 한순간에 예수께서는 그들에게서 사라지셨다.
  5. 그들은 서로 말하였다. "길에서 그분이 우리에게 말씀하시고, 성경을 풀이하여 주실 때에, 우리의 마음이 [우리 속에서] 뜨거워지지 않았습니까?"
  1. And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
  2. Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
  3. And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.
  1. 그들이 곧바로 일어나서, 예루살렘에 돌아와서 보니, 열한 제자와 또 그들과 함께 있던 사람들이 모여 있었고,
  2. 모두들 "주님께서 확실히 살아나시고, 시몬에게 나타나셨다" 하고 말하고 있었다.
  3. 그래서 그 두 사람도 길에서 겪은 일과 빵을 떼실 때에 비로소 그를 알아보게 된 일을 이야기하였다.
 
  예수님의 분부(24:36-24:53)    
 
  1. And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
  2. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
  3. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
  4. Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
  5. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
  1. 그들이 이런 이야기를 하고 있을 때에, 예수께서 몸소 그들 가운데 들어서서 말씀하셨다. "너희에게 평화가 있어라."
  2. 그들은 놀라고, 무서움에 사로잡혀서, 유령을 보고 있는 줄로 생각하였다.
  3. 예수께서는 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "어찌하여 너희는 당황하느냐? 어찌하여 마음에 의심을 품느냐?
  4. 내 손과 내 발을 보아라. 바로 나다. 나를 만져 보아라. 유령은 살과 뼈가 없지만, 너희가 보다시피, 나는 살과 뼈가 있다."
  5. 이렇게 말씀하시고, 그는 손과 발을 그들에게 보이셨다.
  1. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
  2. And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
  3. And he took it, and did eat before them.
  4. And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
  5. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
  1. 그들은 너무 기뻐서, 아직도 믿지 못하고 놀라워하고 있는데, 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "여기에 먹을 것이 좀 있느냐?"
  2. 그래서 그들이 예수께 구운 물고기 한 토막을 드렸다.
  3. 예수께서 받아서, 그들 앞에서 잡수셨다.
  4. 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "내가 전에 너희와 함께 있을 때에 너희에게 말하기를, 모세의 율법과 예언서와 시편에 나를 두고 기록한 모든 일이 반드시 이루어져야 한다고 하였다."
  5. 그 때에 예수께서는 성경을 깨닫게 하시려고, 그들의 마음을 열어 주시고,
  1. And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
  2. And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
  3. And ye are witnesses of these things.
  4. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
  5. And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
  1. 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "이렇게 기록되어 있다. 곧 '그리스도는 고난을 겪으시고, 사흘째 되는 날에 죽은 사람들 가운데서 살아나실 것이며,
  2. 그의 이름으로 죄사함을 받게 하는 회개가 모든 민족에게 전파될 것이다' 하였다. 예루살렘에서부터 시작하여
  3. 너희는 이 일의 증인이다.
  4. [보아라,] 나는 내 아버지께서 약속하신 것을 너희에게 보낸다. 그러므로 너희는 위로부터 오는 능력을 입을 때까지, 이 성에 머물러 있어라."
  5. 그리고 예수께서는 그들을 [밖으로] 베다니까지 데리고 가서, 손을 들어 그들을 축복하셨다.
  1. And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
  2. And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
  3. And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
  1. 예수께서는 그들을 축복하시는 가운데, 그들에게서 떠나 하늘로 올라가셨다.
  2. 그들은 예수께 경배하고, 크게 기뻐하면서, 예루살렘으로 돌아가서,
  3. 하나님을 찬양하면서 날마다 성전에서 지냈다.
