- Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
- When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
- The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
- I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
- Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

- 하나님, 우리가 주님께 감사하고 또 감사합니다. 주님의 이름을 부르는 이들이 주님께서 이루신 그 놀라운 일들을 전파합니다.
- 하나님께서 말씀하시기를 "내가 정하여 놓은 그 때가 되면, 나는 공정하게 판결하겠다.
- 땅이 진동하고 거기에 사는 사람들이 흔들리고 비틀거릴 때에, 땅의 기둥을 견고하게 붙드는 자는 바로 나다. （셀라）
- 오만한 자들에게는 '오만하지 말아라' 하였으며, 악한 자들에게는 '오만한 뿔을 들지 말아라.
- 오만한 뿔을 높이 들지 말아라. 목을 곧게 세우고, 거만하게 말을 하지 말아라' 하였다."

- For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
- But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
- For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
- But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
- All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

- 높이 세우는 그 일은 동쪽에서나 서쪽에서 말미암지 않고, 남쪽에서 말미암지도 않는다.
- 오직 재판장이신 하나님만이, 이 사람을 낮추기도 하시고, 저 사람을 높이기도 하신다.
- 주님은 거품이 이는 잔을 들고 계신다. 잔 가득히 진노의 향료가 섞여 있다. 하나님이 이 잔에서 따라 주시면, 이 땅의 악인은 모두 받아 마시고, 그 찌끼까지도 핥아야 한다.
- 그러나 나는 쉬지 않고 주님만을 선포하며, 야곱의 하나님만을 찬양할 것이다.
- 주님은 악인의 오만한 뿔은 모두 꺾어 부수시고, 의인의 자랑스러운 뿔은 높이 들어 올리실 것이다.
