- O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
- Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
- For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
- In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
- The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.

- 오너라, 우리가 주님께 즐거이 노래하자. 우리를 구원하시는 반석을 보고, 소리 높여 외치자.
- 찬송을 부르며 그의 앞으로 나아가서, 노래 가락에 맞추어, 그분께 즐겁게 소리 높여 외치자.
- 주님은 크신 하나님이시요, 모든 신들 위에 뛰어나신 왕이시다.
- 땅의 깊은 곳도 그 손 안에 있고, 산의 높은 꼭대기도 그의 것이다.
- 바다도 그의 것이며, 그가 지으신 것이다. 마른 땅도 그가 손으로 빚으신 것이다.

- Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
- When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
- Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

- 오너라, 우리가 엎드려 경배하자. 우리를 지으신 주님 앞에 무릎을 꿇자.
- 그는 우리의 하나님이시요, 우리는 그가 기르시는 백성이며, 그가 손수 이끄시는 양 떼다. 오늘, 너희는 그의 음성을 들어 보아라.
- "므리바에서처럼, 맛사 광야에 있을 때처럼, 너희의 마음을 완고하게 하지 말아라.
- 너희의 조상들은 그 때에, 내가 한 일을 보고서도, 나를 시험하고 또 시험하였다.
- 사십 년을 지나면서, 나는 그 세대를 보고 싫증이 나서 '그들은 마음이 빗나간 백성이요, 나의 길을 깨닫지 못하는 자들이구나' 하였고,

- Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

- 내가 화가 나서 '그들은 나의 안식에 들어오지 못할 것이다' 하고 맹세까지 하였다."
