- Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
- His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
- Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
- Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
- A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.

- 할렐루야. 주님을 경외하고 주님의 계명을 크게 즐거워하는 사람은, 복이 있다.
- 그의 자손은 이 세상에서 능력 있는 사람이 되며, 정직한 사람의 자손은 복을 받으며,
- 그의 집에는 부귀와 영화가 있으며, 그의 의로움은 영원토록 칭찬을 받을 것이다.
- 정직한 사람에게는 어둠 속에서도 빛이 비칠 것이다. 그는 은혜로우며, 긍휼이 많으며, 의로운 사람이다.
- 은혜를 베풀면서 남에게 꾸어 주는 사람은 모든 일이 잘 될 것이다. 그런 사람은 일을 공평하게 처리하는 사람이다.

- Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
- He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
- His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
- He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
- The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

- 그런 사람은 영원히 흔들리지 않을 것이다. 의로운 사람은 영원히 기억된다.
- 그는 나쁜 소식을 두려워하지 않으니, 주님을 믿으므로 그의 마음이 굳건하기 때문이다.
- 그의 마음은 확고하여 두려움이 없으니, 마침내 그는 그의 대적이 망하는 것을 볼 것이다.
- 그는 가난한 사람들에게 넉넉하게 나누어주니, 그의 의로움은 영원히 기억되고, 그는 영광을 받으며 높아질 것이다.
- 악인은 이것을 보고 화가 나서, 이를 갈다가 사라질 것이다. 악인의 욕망은 헛되이 꺾일 것이다.
