잠언 14:27-14:35

 야웨를 경외하는 지혜로운 자는 빈곤한 자를 불쌍히 여기고 선을 도모하며 노하기를 더디 한다.
  
 
  1. The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
  2. In the multitude of people is the king's honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.
  3. He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
  4. A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.
  5. He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.

  2. In a multitude of people is a king's glory, But in the dearth of people is a prince's ruin.
  3. He who is slow to anger has great understanding, But he who is quick-tempered exalts folly.
  4. A tranquil heart is life to the body, But passion is rottenness to the bones.
  5. He who oppresses the poor taunts his Maker, But he who is gracious to the needy honors Him.
  1. The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.
  2. Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but that which is in the midst of fools is made known.
  3. Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.
  4. The king's favour is toward a wise servant: but his wrath is against him that causeth shame.
  1. The wicked is thrust down by his wrongdoing, But the righteous has a refuge when he dies.
  2. Wisdom rests in the heart of one who has understanding, But in the hearts of fools it is made known.
  3. Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a disgrace to any people.
  4. The king's favor is toward a servant who acts wisely, But his anger is toward him who acts shamefully.
