- But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
- Seeing thou hatest instruction, and casteth my words behind thee.
- When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
- Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
- Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son.

- しかし， 惡者に 對して 神は 言われる． 「何事か． おまえがわたしのおきてを 語り， わたしの 契約を 口にのせるとは．
- おまえは 戒めを 憎み， わたしのことばを 自分のうしろに 投げ 捨てた．
- おまえは 盜人に 會うと， これとくみし， 姦通する 者と 親しくする．
- おまえの 口は 惡を 放ち， おまえの 舌は 欺きを 仕組んでいる．
- おまえは 座して， おのれの 兄弟の 惡口を 言い， おのれの 母の 子をそしる．

- These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
- Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
- Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.

- こういうことをおまえはしてきたが， わたしは 默っていた． わたしがおまえと 等しい 者だとおまえは， 思っていたのだ． わたしはおまえを 責める． おまえの 目の 前でこれを ¿べ 立てる．
- 神を 忘れる 者よ． さあ， このことをよくわきまえよ． さもないと， わたしはおまえを 引き 裂き， 救い 出す 者もいなくなろう．
- 感謝のいけにえをささげる 人は， わたしをあがめよう． その 道を 正しくする 人に， わたしは 神の 救いを 見せよう． 」
