- Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
- Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.
- Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.
- As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.
- As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.

- 彼の 父たちの 咎が， 主に 覺えられ， その 母の 罪が 消し 去られませんように．
- それらがいつも 主の 御前にあり， 主が 彼らの 記憶を 地から 消されますように．
- それは， 彼が 愛のわざを 行なうことに 心を 留めず， むしろ， 惱む 者， 貧しい 人， 心ひしがれた 者を 追いつめ， 殺そうとしたからです．
- 彼はまたのろうことを 愛したので， それが 自分に 返って 來ました． 祝福することを 喜ばなかったので， それは 彼から 遠く 離れました．
- 彼はおのれの 衣のようにのろいを 身にまといました． それは 水のように 彼の 內臟へ， 油のように， その 骨¿にしみ ¿みました．

- Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

- My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.
