잠언 15:22-15:33

 교만하고 이를 탐하며 악을 쏟는 자는 야웨의 미움을 받게 되나, 선한 말을 하고 정직하게 행하는 자는 야웨의 사랑을 받게 된다.
  
 
  1. Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.
  2. A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!
  3. The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.
  4. The LORD will destroy the house of the proud: but he will establish the border of the widow.
  5. The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD: but the words of the pure are pleasant words.
  1. 密議をこらさなければ， 計畵は 破れ， 多くの 助言者によって， 成功する．
  2. 良い 返事をする 人には 喜びがあり， 時宜にかなったことばは， いかにも 麗しい．
  3. 悟りのある 者はいのちの 道を 上って 行く． これは 下にあるよみを 離れるためだ．
  4. 主は 高ぶる 者の 家を 打ちこわし， やもめの 地境を 決められる．
  5. 惡人の 計畵は 主に 忌みきらわれる． 親切なことばは， きよい．
  1. He that is greedy of gain troubleth his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall live.
  2. The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.
  3. The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
  4. The light of the eyes rejoiceth the heart: and a good report maketh the bones fat.
  5. The ear that heareth the reproof of life abideth among the wise.
  1. 利得をむさぼる 者は 自分の 家族を 煩わし， まいないを 憎む 者は 生きながらえる．
  2. 正しい 者の 心は， どう 答えるかを 思い 巡らす． 惡者の 口は 惡を 吐き 出す．
  3. 主は 惡者から 遠ざかり， 正しい 者の 祈りを 聞かれる．
  4. 目の 光は 心を 喜ばせ， 良い 知らせは 人を 健やかにする．
  5. いのちに 至る 叱責を 聞く 耳のある 者は， 知惠のある 者の 間に 宿る．
  1. He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding.
  2. The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.
  1. 訓戒を 無視する 者は 自分のいのちをないがしろにする． 叱責を 聞き 入れる 者は 思慮を 得る．
  2. 主を 恐れることは 知惠の 訓戒である． 謙遜は 榮譽に 先立つ．
