베드로전서 1:13-2:10

 베드로는 어린양의 피와 하나님의 말씀으로 말미암아 구원받은 성도들이 모든 행실에 거룩하고 형제를 사랑하며 말씀을 사모하고 예수님과 같은 거룩한 제사장이 되어 하나님의 덕을 선포할 것을 권면하였다.
  
  거룩한 생활(1:13-1:25)    
 
  1. Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
  2. As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
  3. But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
  4. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
  5. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
  1. ですから， あなたがたは， 心を 引き 締め， 身を 愼み， イエス · キリスト の 現われのときあなたがたにもたらされる 惠みを， ひたすら 待ち 望みなさい．
  2. 從順な 子どもとなり， 以前あなたがたが 無知であったときのさまざまな 欲望に 從わず，
  3. あなたがたを 召してくださった 聖なる 方にならって， あなたがた 自身も， あらゆる 行ないにおいて 聖なるものとされなさい．
  4. それは， 「わたしが 聖であるから， あなたがたも， 聖でなければならない． 」と 書いてあるからです．
  5. また， 人をそれぞれのわざに 從って 公平にさばかれる 方を 父と 呼んでいるのなら， あなたがたが 地上にしばらくとどまっている 間の 時を， 恐れかしこんで 過ごしなさい．
  1. Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
  2. But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
  3. Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
  4. Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
  5. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
  1. ご 承知のように， あなたがたが 先祖から 傳わったむなしい 生き 方から ·い 出されたのは， 銀や 金のような 朽ちる 物にはよらず，
  2. 傷もなく 汚れもない 小羊のような キリスト の， 尊い 血によったのです．
  3. キリスト は， 世の 始まる 前から 知られていましたが， この 終わりの 時に， あなたがたのために， 現われてくださいました．
  4. あなたがたは， 死者の 中からこの キリスト をよみがえらせて 彼に 榮光を 與えられた 神を， キリスト によって 信じる 人¿です． このようにして， あなたがたの 信仰と 希望は 神にかかっているのです．
  5. あなたがたは， 眞理に 從うことによって， たましいを 淸め， 僞りのない 兄弟愛を 抱くようになったのですから， 互いに 心から 熱く 愛し 合いなさい．
  1. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
  2. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
  3. But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
  1. あなたがたが 新しく 生まれたのは， 朽ちる 種からではなく， 朽ちない 種からであり， 生ける， いつまでも 變わることのない， 神のことばによるのです．
  2. 「人はみな 草のようで， その 榮えは， みな 草の 花のようだ． 草はしおれ， 花は 散る．
  3. しかし， 主のことばは， とこしえに 變わることがない． 」とあるからです． あなたがたに 宣べ 傳えられた 福音のことばがこれです．
 
  구원받은 자의 성장(2:1-2:10)    
 
  1. Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, all evil speakings,
  2. As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
  3. If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
  4. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
  5. Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
  1. ですから， あなたがたは， すべての 惡意， すべてのごまかし， いろいろな 僞善やねたみ， すべての 惡口を 捨てて，
  2. 生まれたばかりの 乳飮み 子のように， 純粹な， みことばの 乳を 慕い 求めなさい． それによって 成長し， 救いを 得るためです．
  3. あなたがたはすでに， 主がいつくしみ 深い 方であることを 味わっているのです．
  4. 主のもとに 來なさい． 主は， 人には 捨てられたが， 神の 目には， 選ばれた， 尊い， 生ける 石です．
  5. あなたがたも 生ける 石として， 靈の 家に 築き 上げられなさい． そして， 聖なる 祭司として， イエス · キリスト を 通して， 神に 喜ばれる 靈のいけにえをささげなさい．
  1. Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
  2. Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
  3. And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
  4. But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
  5. Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
  1. なぜなら， 聖書にこうあるからです． 「見よ． わたしは シオン に， 選ばれた 石， 尊い 礎石を 置く． 彼に 信賴する 者は， 決して 失望させられることがない． 」
  2. したがって， より 賴んでいるあなたがたには 尊いものですが， より 賴んでいない 人¿にとっては， 「家を 建てる 者たちが 捨てた 石， それが 礎の 石となった． 」のであって，
  3. 「つまずきの 石， 妨げの 岩． 」なのです． 彼らがつまずくのは， みことばに 從わないからですが， またそうなるように 定められていたのです．
  4. しかし， あなたがたは， 選ばれた 種族， 王である 祭司， 聖なる 國民， 神の 所有とされた 民です． それは， あなたがたを， やみの 中から， ご 自分の 驚くべき 光の 中に 招いてくださった 方のすばらしいみわざを， あなたがたが 宣べ 傳えるためなのです．
  5. あなたがたは， 以前は 神の 民ではなかったのに， 今は 神の 民であり， 以前はあわれみを 受けない 者であったのに， 今はあわれみを 受けた 者です．
