- Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
- For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
- Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
- Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
- Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.

- 主よ， あなたのあわれみをわたしに 惜しまず， あなたのいつくしみとまこととをもって ／常にわたしをお 守りください．
- 數えがたい 災がわたしを 圍み， わたしの 不義がわたしに 追い 迫って， 物見ることができないまでになりました． それはわたしの 頭の 毛よりも 多く， わたしの 心は 消えうせるばかりになりました．
- 主よ， みこころならばわたしをお 救いください． 主よ， すみやかにわたしをお 助けください．
- わたしのいのちを 奪おうと 尋ね 求める 者どもを ／ことごとく 恥じあわてさせてください． わたしのそこなわれることを 願う 者どもを ／うしろに 退かせ， 恥を 負わせてください．
- わたしにむかって「あはぁ， あはぁ 」と 言う 者どもを ／自分の 恥によって 恐れおののかせてください．
