- Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.
- Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
- For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
- My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
- By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.

- 主よ， わたしの 祈をお 聞きください． わたしの 叫びをみ 前に 至らせてください．
- わたしの 惱みの 日にみ 顔を 隱すことなく， あなたの 耳をわたしに 傾け， わが 呼ばわる 日に， すみやかにお 答えください．
- わたしの 日は 煙のように 消え， わたしの 骨は 爐のように 燃えるからです．
- わたしの 心は 草のように 擊たれて， しおれました． わたしは パン を 食べることを 忘れました．
- わが 嘆きの 聲によって ／わたしの 骨はわたしの 肉に 着きます．
