- But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
- When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
- For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.
- Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.
- Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

- ヤコブ よ， あなたを 創造された 主はこう 言われる． イスラエル よ， あなたを 造られた 主はいまこう 言われる， 「恐れるな， わたしはあなたをあがなった． わたしはあなたの 名を 呼んだ， あなたはわたしのものだ．
- あなたが 水の 中を 過ぎるとき， わたしはあなたと 共におる． 川の 中を 過ぎるとき， 水はあなたの 上にあふれることがない． あなたが 火の 中を 行くとき， 燒かれることもなく， 炎もあなたに 燃えつくことがない．
- わたしはあなたの 神， 主である， イスラエル の 聖者， あなたの 救主である． わたしは エジプト を 與えて ／あなたのあがないしろとし， エチオピヤ と セバ とをあなたの 代りとする．
- あなたはわが 目に 尊く， 重んぜられるもの， わたしはあなたを 愛するがゆえに， あなたの 代りに 人を 與え， あなたの 命の 代りに 民を 與える．
- 恐れるな， わたしはあなたと 共におる． わたしは， あなたの 子孫を 東からこさせ， 西からあなたを 集める．

- I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;
- Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
- Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.
- Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.
- Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

- わたしは 北にむかって『ゆるせ 』と 言い， 南にむかって『留めるな 』と 言う． わが 子らを 遠くからこさせ， わが 娘らを 地の 果からこさせよ．
- すべてわが 名をもってとなえられる 者をこさせよ． わたしは 彼らをわが 榮光のために 創造し， これを 造り， これを 仕立てた 」．
- 目があっても 目しいのような 民， 耳があっても 耳しいのような 民を 連れ 出せ．
- 國¿はみな 相つどい， もろもろの 民は 集まれ． 彼らのうち， だれがこの 事を 告げ， さきの 事どもを， われわれに 聞かせることができるか． その 證人を 出して， おのれの 正しい 事を 證明させ， それを 聞いて「これは 眞實だ 」と 言わせよ．
- 主は 言われる， 「あなたがたはわが 證人， わたしが 選んだわがしもべである． それゆえ， あなたがたは 知って， わたしを 信じ， わたしが 主であることを 悟ることができる． わたしより 前に 造られた 神はなく， わたしより 後にもない．

- I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.
- I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.
- Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?
- Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.
- I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

- ただわたしのみ 主である． わたしのほかに 救う 者はいない．
- わたしはさきに 告げ， かつ 救い， かつ 聞かせた． あなたがたのうちには， ほかの 神はなかった． あなたがたはわが 證人である 」と 主は 言われる．
- 「わたしは 神である， 今より 後もわたしは 主である． わが 手から 救い 出しうる 者はない． わたしがおこなえば， だれが， これをとどめることができよう 」．
- あなたがたをあがなう 者， イスラエル の 聖者， 主はこう 言われる， 「あなたがたのために， わたしは 人を バビロン につかわし， すべての 貫の 木をこわし， カルデヤ びとの 喜びの 聲を 嘆きに 變らせる．
- わたしは 主， あなたがたの 聖者， イスラエル の 創造者， あなたがたの 王である 」．

- Thus saith the LORD, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
- Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.
- Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
- Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
- The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

- 海のなかに 大路を 設け， 大いなる 水の 中に 道をつくり，
- 戰車および 馬， 軍勢および 兵士を 出てこさせ， これを 倒して 起きることができないようにし， 絶え 滅ぼして， 燈心の 消えうせるようにされる ／主はこう 言われる，
- 「あなたがたは， さきの 事を 思い 出してはならない， また， いにしえのことを 考えてはならない．
- 見よ， わたしは 新しい 事をなす． やがてそれは 起る， あなたがたはそれを 知らないのか． わたしは 荒野に 道を 設け， さばくに 川を 流れさせる．
- 野の ¿はわたしをあがめ， 山犬および， だちょうもわたしをあがめる． わたしが 荒野に 水をいだし， さばくに 川を 流れさせて， わたしの 選んだ 民に 飮ませるからだ．

- This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.
- But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.
- Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.
- Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.
- I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

- この 民は， わが 譽を 述べさせるために ／わたしが 自分のために 造ったものである．
- ところが ヤコブ よ， あなたはわたしを 呼ばなかった． イスラエル よ， あなたはわたしをうとんじた．
- あなたは §祭の 羊をわたしに 持ってこなかった． また ¿牲をもってわたしをあがめなかった． わたしは 供え 物の 重荷をあなたに 負わせなかった． また 乳香をもってあなたを 煩わさなかった．
- あなたは 金を 出して， わたしのために 菖蒲を 買わず， ¿牲の 脂肪を 供えて， わたしを 飽かせず， かえって， あなたの 罪の 重荷をわたしに 負わせ， あなたの 不義をもって， わたしを 煩わせた．
- わたしこそ， わたし 自身のために ／あなたのとがを 消す 者である． わたしは， あなたの 罪を 心にとめない．

- Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.
- Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.
- Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.

- あなたは， 自分の 正しいことを 證明するために ／自分のことを 述べて， わたしに 思い 出させよ． われわれは 共に 論じよう．
- あなたの 遠い 先祖は 罪を 犯し， あなたの 仲保者らはわたしにそむいた．
- それゆえ， わたしは 聖所の 君たちを 汚し， ヤコブ を 全き 滅びにわたし， イスラエル をののしらしめた．
