	예레미야 22:1-23:32 하나님께서는 유다 말기 왕들인 여호아하스, 여호야김, 여호야긴이 하나님의 말씀을 떠나 악행을 저질러 심판받게 되었다고 말씀하셨다. 그리고 하나님께서 불의한 목자들을 폐하시고 다윗 왕가를 통해 의로운 목자를 세우실 것과 범죄한 유다의 거짓 선지자들이 재앙을 받게 될 것을 선포하셨다.

	악한 왕들의 심판(22:1-22:30)

Thus saith the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,

And say, Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, thou, and thy servants, and thy people that enter in by these gates:

Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.

For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.

But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.

主はこう言われる，「ユダの王の家に下り，その所にこの言葉をのべて，

言いなさい，『ダビデの位にすわるユダの王よ，あなたと，あなたの家臣，および，この門からはいるあなたの民は主の言葉を聞きなさい．

主はこう言われる，公平と正義を行い，物を奪われた人を，しえたげる者の手から救い，異邦の人，孤兒，寡婦を惱まし，しえたげてはならない．またこの所に，罪なき者の血を流してはならない．

もしあなたがたがこの言葉を眞實に行うならば，ダビデの位にすわる王とその家臣，およびその民は，車と馬に乘って，この家の門にはいることができる．

しかしあなたがたがこの言葉を聞かないならば，わたしは自身をさして誓うが，この家は荒れ地となると，主は言われる．

For thus saith the LORD unto the king's house of Judah; Thou art Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon: yet surely I will make thee a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited.

And I will prepare destroyers against thee, every one with his weapons: and they shall cut down thy choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.

And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this great city?

Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

Weep ye not for the dead, neither bemoan him: but weep sore for him that goeth away: for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.

主はユダの王の家についてこう言われる，あなたはわたしに對してギレアデのようであり，レバノンの頂のようである．しかし，わたしは必ずあなたを荒れ地にし，人の住まない町にする．

わたしは滅ぼす者を設けて，あなたを攻めさせる，彼らはおのおのその武器をとり，あなたの麗しい香柏を切り倒し，火に投げ入れる．

多くの國の人はこの町を過ぎ，互に語って，「なぜ主はこの大いなる町をこのようにされたのか」と言うとき，

人は答えて，「これは彼らがその神，主の契約を捨てて他の神¿を拜し，これに仕えたからである」と言うであろう』」．

死んだ者のために泣くことなく，またそのために嘆いてはならない．捕え移されてゆく者のために，激しく泣け．彼はふたたび歸ってきて，その故鄕を見ることがないからである．

For thus saith the LORD touching Shallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned instead of Josiah his father, which went forth out of this place; He shall not return thither any more:

But he shall die in the place whither they have led him captive, and shall see this land no more.

Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;

That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.

Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?

ユダの王ヨシヤの子シャルムは父ヨシヤについで王となったが，ついにこの所から出て行った．主は彼についてこう言われる，「彼は再びここに歸らない．

彼はその捕え行かれた所で死に，再びこの地を見ない」．

「不義をもってその家を建て，不法をもってその高殿を造り，隣り人を雇って何をも與えず，その賃金を拂わない者はわざわいである．

彼は言う，『わたしは自分のために大きな家を建て，廣い高殿を造ろう』と．そしてこれがために窓を造り，香柏の鏡板でおおい，それを朱で塗る．

あなたは競って香柏を用いることによって，王であると思うのか．あなたの父は食い飮みし，公平と正義を行って，幸を得たのではないか．

He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the LORD.

But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.

Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.

Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers are destroyed.

彼は貧しい人と乏しい人の訴えをただして，さいわいを得た．こうすることがわたしを知ることではないかと／主は言われる．

しかし，あなたは目も心も，不正な利益のためにのみ用い，罪なき者の血を流そうとし，壓制と暴虐を行おうとする」．

それゆえ，主はユダの王ヨシヤの子エホヤキムについてこう言われる，「人¿は『悲しいかな，わが兄』，『悲しいかな，わが姉』と言って，彼のために嘆かない．また『悲しいかな，主君よ』，『悲しいかな，陛下よ』と言って嘆かない．

ろばが埋められるように，彼は葬られる．引かれて行って，エルサレムの門の外に投げ捨てられる」．

「レバノンに登って呼ばわり，バシャンにあなたの聲をあげ，アバリムから呼ばわれ．あなたの愛する者がみな滅ぼされるからだ．

I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice.

The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.

O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail!

As I live, saith the LORD, though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet upon my right hand, yet would I pluck thee thence;

And I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose face thou fearest, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.

あなたの榮えていた時，わたしはあなたに語ったが『聞きたくはない』と言った．あなたがわたしの聲に聞き從わないことは，あなたの幼い時からの，ならわしであった．

あなたの牧者はみな，風に追い立てられ，あなたの愛する者は捕え移される．その時，あなたは自分のもろもろの惡のために，恥じ，うろたえる．

レバノンに住み，香柏の中に巢をつくっている者よ，子を産む女に臨む苦しみのような苦痛が／あなたに臨むとき，あなたはどんなに嘆くことであろうか」．

「主は言われる，わたしは生きている．ユダの王エホヤキムの子コニヤが，わたしの右手の指輪であっても，わたしはあなたを拔き取る．

あなたの命を求める者の手，あなたがその顔を恐れる者の手，すなわちバビロンの王ネブカデレザルの手と，カルデヤびとの手にあなたを渡す．

And I will cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die.

But to the land whereunto they desire to return, thither shall they not return.

Is this man Coniah a despised broken idol? is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not?

O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.

Thus saith the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.

わたしは，あなたと，あなたを産んだ母を，あなたがたの生れた國でない他の國に追いやる．あなたがたはそこで死ぬ．

彼らが歸りたいとせつに願う國に，彼らは再び歸ることができない」．

この人コニヤは／卑しむべき，こわれたつぼであろうか，だれも心に留めない器であろうか．なぜ彼とその子孫は追いやられて，知らない地に投げやられるのか．

ああ，地よ，地よ，地よ，主の言葉を聞けよ．

主はこう言われる，「この人を，子なき人として，またその一生のうち，榮えることのない人として記錄せよ．その子孫のうち，ひとりも榮えて，ダビデの位にすわり，ユダを治めるものが再び起らないからである」．

Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.

Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.

And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

主は言われる，「わが牧場の羊を滅ぼし散らす牧者はわざわいである」．

それゆえイスラエルの神，主はわが民を養う牧者についてこう言われる，「あなたがたはわたしの群れを散らし，これを追いやって顧みなかった．見よ，わたしはあなたがたの惡しき行いによってあなたがたに報いると，主は言われる．

わたしの群れの殘った者を，追いやったすべての地から集め，再びこれをそのおりに歸らせよう．彼らは子を産んでその數が多くなる．

わたしはこれを養う牧者をその上に立てる，彼らは再び恐れることなく，またおののくことなく，いなくなることもないと，主は言われる．

主は仰せられる，見よ，わたしがダビデのために一つの正しい枝を起す日がくる．彼は王となって世を治め，榮えて，公平と正義を世に行う．

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

Mine heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness.

For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourneth; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their force is not right.

その日ユダは救を得，イスラエルは安らかにおる．その名は『主はわれわれの正義』ととなえられる．

主は言われる，それゆえ見よ，人¿は『イスラエルの民をエジプトの地から導き出された主は生きておられる』とまた言わないで，

『イスラエルの家の子孫を北の地と，そのすべて追いやられた地から導き出された神は生きておられる』という日がくる．その時，彼らは自分の地に住んでいる」．

預言者たちについて．わが心はわたしのうちに破れ，わが骨はみな震う．主とその聖なる言葉のために，わたしは醉っている人のよう，酒に打ち負かされた人のようである．

この地に姦淫を行うものが滿ちているからだ．のろいによって地は嘆き，荒野の牧場はかわく．彼らの道は惡く，その力は正しくない．

For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD.

Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, saith the LORD.

And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.

I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.

「預言者と祭司とは共に神を汚す者である．わたしの家においてすら／彼らの惡を見たと，主は言われる．

それゆえ，彼らの道は，おのずから暗黑の中にある／なめらかな道のようになり，彼らは押されてその道に倒れる．わたしが彼らの罰せられる年に，災をその上に臨ませるからであると，主は言われる．

わたしはサマリヤの預言者のうちに／不快な事のあるのを見た．彼らはバアルによって預言し，わが民イスラエルを惑わした．

しかしエルサレムの預言者のうちには，恐ろしい事のあるのを見た．彼らは姦淫を行い，僞りに步み，惡人の手を强くし，人をその惡から離れさせない．彼らはみなわたしにはソドムのようであり，その民はゴモラのようである」．

それゆえ万軍の主は預言者についてこう言われる，「見よ，わたしは彼らに，にがよもぎを食べさせ，毒の水を飮ませる．神を汚すことがエルサレムの預言者から出て，全地に及んでいるからである」．

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.

They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it?

Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.

The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.

万軍の主はこう言われる，「あなたがたに預言する預言者の言葉を聞いてはならない．彼らはあなたがたに，むなしい望みをいだかせ，主の口から出たのでない，自分の心の默示を語るのである．

彼らは主の言葉を輕んじる者に向かって絶えず，『あなたがたは平安を得る』と言い，また自分の强情な心にしたがって步むすべての人に向かって，『あなたがたに災はこない』と言う」．

彼らのうちだれか主の議會に立って，その言葉を見聞きした者があろうか．だれか耳を傾けてその言葉を聞いた者があろうか．

見よ，主の暴風がくる．憤りと，つむじ風が出て，惡人のこうべをうつ．

主の怒りは，み心に思い定められたことを／なし遂げられるまで退くことはない．末の日にあなたがたはそれを明らかに悟る．

I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.

But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.

Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?

Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.

I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.

預言者たちはわたしがつかわさなかったのに，彼らは走った．わたしが，彼らに告げなかったのに，彼らは預言した．

もし彼らがわたしの議會に立ったのであれば，わたしの民にわが言葉を告げ示して，その惡い道と惡い行いから，離れさせたであろうに．

「主は言われる，わたしはただ近くの神であって，遠くの神ではないのであるか．

主は言われる，人は，ひそかな所に身を隱して，わたしに見られないようにすることができようか．主は言われる，わたしは天と地とに滿ちているではないか．

わが名によって僞りを預言する預言者たちが，『わたしは夢を見た，わたしは夢を見た』と言うのを聞いた．

How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;

Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.

The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD.

Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.

僞りを預言する預言者たちの心に，いつまで僞りがあるのであるか．彼らはその心の欺きを預言する．

彼らはその先祖がバアルに從ってわが名を忘れたように，互に夢を語って，わたしの民にわが名を忘れさせようとする．

夢をみた預言者は夢を語るがよい．しかし，わたしの言葉を受けた者は誠實にわたしの言葉を語らなければならない．わらと麥とをくらべることができようかと，主は言われる．

主は仰せられる，わたしの言葉は火のようではないか．また岩を打ち ¿く鎚のようではないか．

それゆえ見よ，わたしはわたしの言葉を互に盜む預言者の敵となると，主は言われる．

Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.

Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.

見よ，わたしは，『主は言いたもう』と舌をもって語る預言者の敵となると，主は言われる．

主は仰せられる，見よ，わたしは僞りの夢を預言する者の敵となる．彼らはそれを語り，またその僞りと大言をもってわたしの民を惑わす．わたしが彼らをつかわしたのではなく，また彼らに命じたのでもない．それで彼らはこの民にすこしも益にならないと，主は言われる．
