- だれが 賢い 妻を 見つけることができるか， 彼女は 寶石よりもすぐれて 尊い．
- その 夫の 心は 彼女を 信賴して， 收益に 欠けることはない．
- 彼女は 生きながらえている 間， その 夫のために 良いことをして， 惡いことをしない．
- 彼女は 羊の 毛や 亞麻を 求めて， 手ずから 望みのように， それを 仕上げる．
- また 商人の 舟のように， 遠い 國から 食糧を 運んでくる．

- She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
- She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
- She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.

- 彼女はまだ 夜のあけぬうちに 起きて， その 家の 者の 食べ 物を 備え， その 女たちに 日用の 分を 與える．
- 彼女は 畑をよく 考えてそれを 買い， その 手の ¿きの 實をもって， ぶどう 畑をつくり，
- 力をもって 腰に 帶し， その 腕を 强くする．
- 彼女はその 商品のもうけのあるのを 知っている， そのともしびは 終夜消えることがない．
- 彼女は 手を 絲取り 棒にのべ， その 手に， つむを 持ち，

- She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
- She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
- She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
- Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
- She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

- 手を 貧しい 者に 開き， 乏しい 人に 手をさしのべる．
- 彼女はその 家の 者のために 雪を 恐れない， その 家の 者はみな 紅の 着物を 着ているからである．
- 彼女は 自分のために 美しいしとねを 作り， 亞麻布と 紫布とをもってその 着物とする．
- その 夫はその 地の 長老たちと 共に， 町の 門に 座するので， 人に 知られている．
- 彼女は 亞麻布の 着物をつくって， それを 賣り， 帶をつくって 商人に 渡す．

- 「りっぱに 事をなし 遂げる 女は 多いけれども， あなたはそのすべてにまさっている 」と．

- Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
- Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
