	레위기 9:1-10:20 위임식을 마친 제 팔 일에 아론과 그 아들들은 첫 제사를 드렸다. 제사장들을 위하여 속죄제와 번제를 드렸고, 백성을 위한 제사로는 속죄제와 번제 외에 소제와 화목제도 드렸다. 하나님께서는 이에 영광으로 응답하셨다. 나답과 아비후는 다른 불로 분향하다가 하나님의 심판으로 죽임을 당하였다. 그 후 제사장의 금주 규례가 제정되었다

	아론의 첫 제사(9:1-9:24)

And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.

And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.

And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.

八日目に，モ ― セはアロンとその子ら，およびイスラエルの長老たちを呼び集め，

アロンに言った．無傷の若い雄牛を ·罪の獻げ物として，また同じく無傷の雄羊を燒き盡くす獻げ物として，主の御前に引いて來なさい．

またイスラエルの人¿にこう告げなさい．雄山羊を ·罪の獻げ物として，無傷で一歲の雄の子牛と小羊を燒き盡くす獻げ物として，

また雄牛と雄羊を和解の獻げ物として主の御前にささげ，更にオリ ― ブ油を混ぜた穀物の獻げ物をささげなさい．今日，主はあなたたちに ¿現される．

彼らがモ ― セに命じられたとおりの獻げ物を臨在の幕屋の前に持って來ると，共同體全體は進み出て，主の御前に立った．

And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.

And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.

Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:

But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.

モ ― セは言った．これは主があなたたちに命じられたことであり，主の榮光があなたたちに現れるためなのである．

モ ― セはアロンに言った．祭壇に進み出て，あなたの ·罪の獻げ物と燒き盡くす獻げ物とをささげて，あなたと民の罪を ·う儀式を行い，また民の獻げ物をささげて，彼らの罪を ·う儀式を行いなさい．これは主が命じられたことである．

アロンは祭壇に進み出て，自分の ·罪の獻げ物として若い雄牛を屠った．

アロンの子らが血をアロンに手渡すと，彼は指を血に浸して祭壇の四隅の角に塗り，殘りの血を祭壇の基に流した．

また獻げ物の脂肪と腎臟と肝臟の尾狀葉を，主がモ ― セに命じられたとおり，祭壇で燃やして煙にした．

And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.

And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.

And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.

And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.

しかしその肉と皮は宿營の外で燒却した．

アロンは次に，自分の燒き盡くす獻げ物を屠った．アロンの子らが血を彼に渡すと，彼はそれを祭壇の四つの側面に注ぎかけた．

彼らが分割した獻げ物の各部と頭を渡すと，彼は祭壇で燃やして煙にした．

アロンは內臟と四肢を洗って，祭壇の燒き盡くす獻げ物の上に置き，燃やして煙にした．

その後，アロンは民の獻げ物をささげた．すなわち民の ·罪の獻げ物として雄山羊を取って屠り，さきに自分のためにしたと同じように， ·罪の儀式を行った．

And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.

And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.

He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,

And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth the inwards, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver:

And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:

次に，燒き盡くす獻げ物の動物を引いて來て，規定に從ってささげた．

また穀物の獻げ物をささげ，そのうちの一つかみを取り，朝の燒き盡くす獻げ物に加えて祭壇で燃やして煙にした．

更に民の和解の獻げ物として雄牛と雄羊を屠った．アロンの子らがその血を渡すと，彼はそれを祭壇の四つの側面に注ぎかけた．

また彼らが雄牛と雄羊の脂肪，すなわち脂尾，內臟を覆う脂肪，腎臟，肝臟の尾狀葉を，

胸の肉に載せて祭壇に運ぶと，アロンはその脂肪を燃やして煙にした．

And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.

And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.

And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.

And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

また胸の肉と右後ろ肢は，主がモ ― セに命じられたとおり主の御前に奉納物とした．

アロンは手を上げて民を祝福した．彼が ·罪の獻げ物，燒き盡くす獻げ物，和解の獻げ物をささげ終えて，壇を下りると，

モ ― セとアロンは臨在の幕屋に入った．彼らが出て來て民を祝福すると，主の榮光が民全員に現れた．

そのとき主の御前から炎が出て，祭壇の上の燒き盡くす獻げ物と脂肪とをなめ盡くした．これを見た民全員は喜びの聲をあげ，ひれ伏した．

	나답과 아비후의 죽음(10:1-10:20)

And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.

And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.

Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the LORD spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.

And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said unto them, Come near, carry your brethren from before the sanctuary out of the camp.

So they went near, and carried them in their coats out of the camp; as Moses had said.

アロンの子のナダブとアビフはそれぞれ香爐を取って炭火を入れ，その上に香をたいて主の御前にささげたが，それは，主の命じられたものではない，規定に反した炭火であった．

すると，主の御前から火が出て二人を燒き，彼らは主の御前で死んだ．

モ ― セがアロンに，「『わたしに近づく者たちに，わたしが聖なることを示し，すべての民の前に榮光を現そう』と主が言われたとおりだ」と言うと，アロンは默した．

モ ― セはアロンのおじウジエルの子，ミシャエルとエルツァファンを呼び寄せて，「進み出てきて，あなたのいとこたちを聖所から宿營の外に運び出せ」と命じた．

彼らは進み出て，モ ― セの命令に從い，祭服を着たままの二人を宿營の外に運び出した．

And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest ye die, and lest wrath come upon all the people: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the LORD hath kindled.

And ye shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: for the anointing oil of the LORD is upon you. And they did according to the word of Moses.

And the LORD spake unto Aaron, saying,

Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations:

And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean;

モ ― セは，アロンとその子エルアザルとイタマルに言った．髮をほどいたり，衣服を裂いたりするな．さもないと，あなたたちまでが死を招き，更に共同體全體に神の怒りが及ぶであろう．あなたたちの兄弟であるイスラエルの家はすべて，主の火によって燒き滅ぼされたことを悲しむがよい．

しかし，あなたたちは決して臨在の幕屋の入り口から出てはならない．さもないと死を招くことになる．あなたたちは主の聖別の油を注がれた身だからである．彼らはモ ― セの命じたとおりにした．

主はアロンに仰せになった．

あなたであれ，あなたの子らであれ，臨在の幕屋に入るときは，ぶどう酒や强い酒を飮むな．死を招かないためである．これは代¿守るべき不變の定めである．

あなたたちのなすべきことは，聖と俗，淸いものと汚れたものを區別すること，

And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses.

And Moses spake unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons that were left, Take the meat offering that remaineth of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the altar: for it is most holy:

And ye shall eat it in the holy place, because it is thy due, and thy sons' due, of the sacrifices of the LORD made by fire: for so I am commanded.

And the wave breast and heave shoulder shall ye eat in a clean place; thou, and thy sons, and thy daughters with thee: for they be thy due, and thy sons' due, which are given out of the sacrifices of peace offerings of the children of Israel.

The heave shoulder and the wave breast shall they bring with the offerings made by fire of the fat, to wave it for a wave offering before the LORD; and it shall be thine, and thy sons' with thee, by a statute for ever; as the LORD hath commanded.

またモ ― セを通じて主が命じられたすべての ¿をイスラエルの人¿に敎えることである．

モ ― セはアロンと生き殘ったエルアザルとイタマルに命じた．主に燃やしてささげた穀物の獻げ物の殘りで酵母を入れないパンを作り，祭壇の傍らで食べよ．それは神聖なものだからである．

それを聖域で食べよ．これは主に燃やしてささげたものの殘りで，あなたとあなたの子らに與えられた分である．わたしはそう命じられている．

奉納物の胸の肉と獻納物の右後ろ肢は，あなたとあなたと共にいるあなたの息子，娘が淸い場所で食べることができる．これはイスラエルの人¿がささげる和解の獻げ物のうち，あなたとあなたの子らに與えられた分である．

獻納物の右後ろ肢と奉納物の胸の肉は，燃やしてささげる脂肪と共に主の御前に奉納物とせよ．そうすれば，主が命じられたとおり，あなたとあなたと共にいる子らに永久に與えられた分となる．

And Moses diligently sought the goat of the sin offering, and, behold, it was burnt: and he was angry with Eleazar and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron which were left alive, saying,

Wherefore have ye not eaten the sin offering in the holy place, seeing it is most holy, and God hath given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the LORD?

Behold, the blood of it was not brought in within the holy place: ye should indeed have eaten it in the holy place, as I commanded.

And Aaron said unto Moses, Behold, this day have they offered their sin offering and their burnt offering before the LORD; and such things have befallen me: and if I had eaten the sin offering to day, should it have been accepted in the sight of the LORD?

And when Moses heard that, he was content.

モ ― セは ·罪の獻げ物の雄山羊を搜し回ったが，旣に燃やし盡くされていた．モ ― セは怒って，生き殘ったアロンの子エルアザルとイタマルに問いただした．

「なぜ ·罪の獻げ物を聖域で食べなかったのか．あれは神聖なものであり，共同體の罪を取り除き，主の御前で彼らの罪を ·う儀式を行うためにあなたたちに與えられたものである．

あなたたちは，血を聖所に持って行かなかったのだから，命じられたとおりに，聖所の中で食べるべきであった．」

アロンはモ ― セに答えた．「確かにあの者たちは今日， ·罪の獻げ物と燒き盡くす獻げ物を主の御前にささげました．しかし，わたしにこのようなことが起きてしまいました．わたしが今日， ·罪の獻げ物を食べたとしたら，果たして主に喜ばれたでしょうか．」

モ ― セはこれを聞いて納得した．
