- The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
- The LORD shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.
- The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.
- Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.
- A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

- 主に 從う 人に 向かって ／主に 逆らう 者はたくらみ， 牙をむくが
- 主は 彼を 笑われる． 彼に 定めの 日が 來るのを 見ておられるから．
- 主に 逆らう 者は 劍を 拔き， 弓を 引き 絞り ／貧しい 人， 乏しい 人を 倒そうとし ／まっすぐに 步む 人を 屠ろうとするが
- その 劍はかえって 自分の 胸を 貫き ／弓は 折れるであろう．
- 主に 從う 人が 持っている 物は 僅かでも ／主に 逆らう 者， 權力ある 者の 富にまさる．
