- O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:
- Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.
- For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
- Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins.
- Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

- 諸國の 民よ， 我らの 神を 祝し ／贊美の 歌聲を 響かせよ．
- 神は 我らの 魂に 命を 得させてくださる． 我らの 足がよろめくのを 許されない．
- 神よ， あなたは 我らを 試みられた． 銀を 火で 練るように 我らを 試された．
- あなたは 我らを 網に 追い ¿み ／我らの 腰に 枷をはめ
- 人が 我らを 驅り 立てることを 許された． 我らは 火の 中， 水の 中を 通ったが ／あなたは 我らを 導き 出して ／豊かな 所に 置かれた．

- I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
- Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
- I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.
- Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
- I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.

- わたしは 獻げ 物を 携えて 神殿に 入り ／滿願の 獻げ 物をささげます．
- わたしが 苦難の 中で 唇を 開き ／この 口をもって 誓ったように
- 肥えた ¿をささげ， 香りと 共に 雄羊を ／雄山羊と 共に 雄牛を 燒き 盡くしてささげます． 〔セラ
- 神を 畏れる 人は 皆， 聞くがよい ／わたしに 成し 遂げてくださったことを 物語ろう．
- 神に 向かってわたしの 口は 聲をあげ ／わたしは 舌をもってあがめます．

- If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
- But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
- Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

- わたしが 心に 惡事を 見ているなら ／主は 聞いてくださらないでしょう．
- しかし， 神はわたしの 祈る 聲に 耳を 傾け ／聞き 入れてくださいました．
- 神をたたえよ． 神はわたしの 祈りを 退けることなく ／慈しみを 拒まれませんでした．
