- Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
- And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
- Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
- And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
- And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.

- ペトロ と ヨハネ が， 午後三時の 祈りの 時に 神殿に 上って 行った．
- すると， 生まれながら 足の 不自由な 男が 運ばれて 來た． 神殿の 境內に 入る 人に 施しを 乞うため， 每日「美しい 門 」という 神殿の 門のそばに 置いてもらっていたのである．
- 彼は ペトロ と ヨハネ が 境內に 入ろうとするのを 見て， 施しをこうた．
- ペトロ は ヨハネ と 一緖に 彼をじっと 見て， 「わたしたちを 見なさい 」と 言った．
- その 男が， 何かもらえると 思って 二人を 見つめていると，

- Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
- And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
- And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
- And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
- And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

- ペトロ は 言った． 「わたしには 金や 銀はないが， 持っているものをあげよう． ナザレ の 人 イエス · キリスト の 名によって 立ち 上がり， 步きなさい． 」
- そして， 右手を 取って 彼を 立ち 上がらせた． すると， たちまち， その 男は 足やくるぶしがしっかりして，
- 躍り 上がって 立ち， 步きだした． そして， 步き 回ったり 躍ったりして 神を 贊美し， 二人と 一緖に 境內に 入って 行った．
- 民衆は 皆， 彼が 步き 回り， 神を 贊美しているのを 見た．
- 彼らは， それが 神殿の「美しい 門 」のそばに 座って 施しをこうていた 者だと 氣づき， その 身に 起こったことに 我を 忘れるほど 驚いた．

- And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
- And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
- The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
- But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
- And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

- さて， その 男が ペトロ と ヨハネ に 付きまとっていると， 民衆は 皆非常に 驚いて， 「ソロモン の 回廊 」と 呼ばれる 所にいる 彼らの 方へ， 一齊に 集まって 來た．
- これを 見た ペトロ は， 民衆に 言った． 「イスラエル の 人たち， なぜこのことに 驚くのですか． また， わたしたちがまるで 自分の 力や 信心によって， この 人を 步かせたかのように， なぜ， わたしたちを 見つめるのですか．
- アブラハム の 神， イサク の 神， ヤコブ の 神， わたしたちの 先祖の 神は， その 僕 イエス に 榮光をお 與えになりました． ところが， あなたがたはこの イエス を 引き 渡し， ピラト が 釋放しようと 決めていたのに， その 面前でこの 方を 拒みました．
- 聖なる 正しい 方を 拒んで， 人殺しの 男を 赦すように 要求したのです．
- あなたがたは， 命への 導き 手である 方を 殺してしまいましたが， 神はこの 方を 死者の 中から 復活させてくださいました． わたしたちは， このことの 證人です．

- And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
- And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.
- But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
- Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
- And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:

- あなたがたの 見て 知っているこの 人を， イエス の 名が 强くしました． それは， その 名を 信じる 信仰によるものです． イエス による 信仰が， あなたがた 一同の 前でこの 人を 完全にいやしたのです．
- ところで， 兄弟たち， あなたがたがあんなことをしてしまったのは， 指導者たちと 同樣に 無知のためであったと， わたしには 分かっています．
- しかし， 神はすべての 預言者の 口を 通して 予告しておられた メシア の 苦しみを， この ／ようにして 實現なさったのです．
- だから， 自分の 罪が 消し 去られるように， 悔い 改めて 立ち 歸りなさい．
- こうして， 主のもとから 慰めの 時が 訪れ， 主はあなたがたのために 前もって 決めておられた， メシア である イエス を 遣わしてくださるのです．

- Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
- For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
- And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
- Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
- Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

- この イエス は， 神が 聖なる 預言者たちの 口を 通して 昔から 語られた， 万物が 新しくなるその 時まで， 必ず 天にとどまることになっています．
- モ ― セ は 言いました． 『あなたがたの 神である 主は， あなたがたの 同胞の 中から， わたしのような 預言者をあなたがたのために 立てられる． 彼が 語りかけることには， 何でも 聞き 從え．
- この 預言者に 耳を 傾けない 者は 皆， 民の 中から 滅ぼし 絶やされる． 』
- 預言者は 皆， サムエル をはじめその 後に 預言した 者も， 今の 時について 告げています．

- Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
