- O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
- Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
- And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
- They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.
- Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.

- 主に ·われた 人¿は 唱えよ． 主は 苦しめる 者の 手から 彼らを ·い
- 國¿の 中から 集めてくださった ／東から 西から， 北から 南から．
- 彼らは， 荒れ 野で 迷い ／砂漠で 人の 住む 町への 道を 見失った．
- 飢え， 渴き， 魂は 衰え 果てた．

- Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.
- And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
- Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
- For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.

- 苦難の 中から 主に 助けを 求めて 叫ぶと ／主は 彼らを 苦しみから 救ってくださった．
- 主はまっすぐな 道に 彼らを 導き ／人の 住む 町に 向かわせてくださった．
- 主に 感謝せよ． 主は 慈しみ 深く ／人の 子らに 驚くべき 御業を 成し 遂げられる．
- 主は 渴いた 魂を 飽かせ ／飢えた 魂を 良いもので 滿たしてくださった．
