	365 일독성경 8월 30일 (1)

	욥기 20:1-22:30 소발은 잔인하기 짝이 없는 비유까지 서슴지 않고 하면서 욥에게 회개를 강조하였다. 이에 대하여 욥은 가만히 있을 수 없어서 악인의 형통함에 관하여 역설하였다. 엘리바스는 욥의 죄악이 크다고 책망하였다. 그러나 훗날에 그는 위로자의 자세로 돌아가 회개하여 불의를 버리면 하나님께서 다시 욥의 기도를 들어주실 것이라고 권면하였다.

	소발의 두번째 충고(20:1-20:29)

Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said,

Therefore do my thoughts cause me to answer, and for this I make haste.

I have heard the check of my reproach, and the spirit of my understanding causeth me to answer.

Knowest thou not this of old, since man was placed upon earth,

That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?

ナアマ人ツォファルは答えた．

さまざまな思いがわたしを興奮させるので／わたしは反論せざるをえない．

あなたの說はわたしに對する非難と聞こえる．明らかにすることを望んで，答えよう．

あなたも知っているだろうが／昔，人が地上に置かれたときから

神に逆らう者の喜びは，はかなく／神を無視する者の樂しみは，つかの間にすぎない．

Though his excellency mount up to the heavens, and his head reach unto the clouds;

Yet he shall perish for ever like his own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where is he?

He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found: yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night.

The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.

His children shall seek to please the poor, and his hands shall restore their goods.

たとえ彼が天に達するほど／頭が雲に達するほど上って行っても

自分の汚物と同樣，永久に失われ／探す者は，「どこへ行ってしまったのか」と言わなければならなくなる．

夢のように飛び去り／夜の幻のように消えうせ／だれも見いだすことはないだろう．

彼を見ていた目はもう彼を見ることなく／彼のいた所も二度と彼を見ない．

その子らは貧しい人¿に償いをし／子孫は奪った富を返濟しなければならない．

His bones are full of the sin of his youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust.

Though wickedness be sweet in his mouth, though he hide it under his tongue;

Though he spare it, and forsake it not; but keep it still within his mouth:

Yet his meat in his bowels is turned, it is the gall of asps within him.

He hath swallowed down riches, and he shall vomit them up again: God shall cast them out of his belly.

若さがその骨に溢れていたが／それも彼と共に塵の上に伏すことになろう．

惡が口に甘いからと／舌で抑えて隱しておき

惜しんで吐き出さず／口の中に含んでいれば

そのパンは胃の中に入って／コブラの毒と變わる．

呑み ¿んだ富は吐き出さなければならない．神は彼の腹からそれを取り上げられる．

He shall suck the poison of asps: the viper's tongue shall slay him.

He shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter.

That which he laboured for shall he restore, and shall not swallow it down: according to his substance shall the restitution be, and he shall not rejoice therein.

Because he hath oppressed and hath forsaken the poor; because he hath violently taken away an house which he builded not;

Surely he shall not feel quietness in his belly, he shall not save of that which he desired.

彼の飮んだのはコブラの毒． ·の舌が彼を殺す．

彼は蜂蜜と乳脂の流れる川の／その流れを見ることはない．

勞して獲たものをも呑み ¿まずに返し／商いで富を得ても樂しむことはない．

なぜなら，貧しい人¿を虐げ見捨て／自ら建てもしない家を奪い取ったから．

その腹は滿足することを知らず／欲望から逃れられず

There shall none of his meat be left; therefore shall no man look for his goods.

In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits: every hand of the wicked shall come upon him.

When he is about to fill his belly, God shall cast the fury of his wrath upon him, and shall rain it upon him while he is eating.

He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through.

It is drawn, and cometh out of the body; yea, the glittering sword cometh out of his gall: terrors are upon him.

食い盡くして，何も殘さない．それゆえ，彼の繁榮は長くは續かず

豊かさの極みにあって欠乏に陷り／すべて勞苦する手が彼を襲う．

腹を滿たそうとすれば／神は燃える怒りを注ぎ／それをパンとして彼に浴びせかける．

鐵の武器から逃れても／靑銅の弓が彼を射拔き

矢は彼を貫いて背中に出る．それは膽汁にぬれて光り／神の威力が彼を壓倒する．

All darkness shall be hid in his secret places: a fire not blown shall consume him; it shall go ill with him that is left in his tabernacle.

The heaven shall reveal his iniquity; and the earth shall rise up against him.

The increase of his house shall depart, and his goods shall flow away in the day of his wrath.

This is the portion of a wicked man from God, and the heritage appointed unto him by God.

暗黑が彼の寶を待ち構え／吹き起こされたのでもない火が彼をなめ盡くし／天幕に殘っているものをも滅ぼし盡くす．

天は彼の罪を暴き／地は彼に對して立ち上がる．

神の怒りの日に，洪水が起こり／大水は彼の家をぬぐい去る．

神に逆らう者が神から受ける分／神の命令による嗣業はこれだ．

	욥의 변증(21:1-21:34)

But Job answered and said,

Hear diligently my speech, and let this be your consolations.

Suffer me that I may speak; and after that I have spoken, mock on.

As for me, is my complaint to man? and if it were so, why should not my spirit be troubled?

Mark me, and be astonished, and lay your hand upon your mouth.

ヨブは答えた．

どうか，わたしの言葉を聞いてくれ．聞いてもらうことがわたしの慰めなのだ．

我慢して，わたしに話をさせてくれ．わたしが話してから，嘲笑うがいい．

わたしは人間に向かって訴えているのだろうか．なぜ，我慢しなければならないのか．

わたしに顔を向けてくれ．そして驚き，口に手を當てるがよい．

Even when I remember I am afraid, and trembling taketh hold on my flesh.

Wherefore do the wicked live, become old, yea, are mighty in power?

Their seed is established in their sight with them, and their offspring before their eyes.

Their houses are safe from fear, neither is the rod of God upon them.

Their bull gendereth, and faileth not; their cow calveth, and casteth not her calf.

わたし自身，これを思うと慄然とし／身震いが止まらない．

なぜ，神に逆らう者が生き永らえ／年を重ねてなお，力を增し加えるのか．

子孫は彼らを圍んで確かに續き／その末を目の前に見ることができる．

その家は平和で，何の恐れもなく／神の鞭が彼らに下ることはない．

彼らの雄牛は常に子をはらませ／雌牛は子を産んで，死なせることはない．

They send forth their little ones like a flock, and their children dance.

They take the timbrel and harp, and rejoice at the sound of the organ.

They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave.

Therefore they say unto God, Depart from us; for we desire not the knowledge of thy ways.

What is the Almighty, that we should serve him? and what profit should we have, if we pray unto him?

彼らは羊の群れのように子供を送り出し／その子らは踊り跳ね

太鼓や竪琴に合わせて歌い／笛を吹いて樂しむ．

彼らは幸せに人生を送り／安らかに陰府に赴く．

彼らは神に向かって言う．「ほうっておいてください．あなたに從う道など知りたくもない．

なぜ，全能者に仕えなければならないのか．神に祈って何になるのか．」

Lo, their good is not in their hand: the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

How oft is the candle of the wicked put out! and how oft cometh their destruction upon them! God distributeth sorrows in his anger.

They are as stubble before the wind, and as chaff that the storm carrieth away.

God layeth up his iniquity for his children: he rewardeth him, and he shall know it.

His eyes shall see his destruction, and he shall drink of the wrath of the Almighty.

だが，彼らは財産を手にしているではないか．神に逆らう者の考えはわたしから遠い．

神に逆らう者の燈が消され，災いが襲い／神が怒って破滅を下したことが何度あろうか．

藁のように風に吹き散らされ／もみ殼のように／突風に吹き飛ばされたことがあろうか．

神は彼への罰を／その子らの代にまで延ばしておかれるのか．彼自身を罰して／思い知らせてくださればよいのに．

自分の目で自分の不幸を見／全能者の怒りを飮み干せばよいのだ．

For what pleasure hath he in his house after him, when the number of his months is cut off in the midst?

Shall any teach God knowledge? seeing he judgeth those that are high.

One dieth in his full strength, being wholly at ease and quiet.

His breasts are full of milk, and his bones are moistened with marrow.

And another dieth in the bitterness of his soul, and never eateth with pleasure.

人生の年月が盡きてしまえば／殘された家はどうなってもよいのだから．

「人が神に知識を授けえようか．彼は高きにいまし，裁きを行われる」と言う．

ある人は，死に至るまで不自由なく／安泰，平穩の一生を送る．

彼はまるまると太り／骨の ¿まで潤っている．

また，ある人は死に至るまで惱み嘆き／幸せを味わうこともない．

They shall lie down alike in the dust, and the worms shall cover them.

Behold, I know your thoughts, and the devices which ye wrongfully imagine against me.

For ye say, Where is the house of the prince? and where are the dwelling places of the wicked?

Have ye not asked them that go by the way? and do ye not know their tokens,

That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.

だが，どちらも塵に橫たわれば／等しく， ·に覆われるではないか．

あなたたちの考えはよく分かっている．わたしに對して不法にも惡をたくらんでいるのだ．

「あの高潔な人の館はどうなり／この神に逆らう者の住まいとした天幕は／どうなったのか」とあなたたちは問う．

通りかかる人¿に尋ねなかったのか．兩者の殘した證しを／否定することはできないであろう．

惡人が災いの日を免れ／怒りの日を逃れているのに

Who shall declare his way to his face? and who shall repay him what he hath done?

Yet shall he be brought to the grave, and shall remain in the tomb.

The clods of the valley shall be sweet unto him, and every man shall draw after him, as there are innumerable before him.

How then comfort ye me in vain, seeing in your answers there remaineth falsehood?

誰が面と向かってその步んできた道を暴き／誰がその仕業を罰するだろうか．

彼は葬式の行列によって運ばれ／その墓には番人も立ち

谷間の土くれさえ彼には快さそうだ．人は皆彼の後に續き／彼の前にも，人は數えきれない．

それなのに空しい言葉で／どのようにわたしを慰めるつもりか．あなたたちの反論は欺きにすぎない．

	엘리바스의 세번째 충고(22:1-22:30)

Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,

Can a man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself?

Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect?

Will he reprove thee for fear of thee? will he enter with thee into judgment?

Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities infinite?

テマン人エリファズは答えた．

人間が神にとって有益でありえようか．賢い人でさえ，有益でありえようか．

あなたが正しいからといって全能者が喜び／完全な道を步むからといって／神の利益になるだろうか．

あなたが神を畏れ敬っているのに／神があなたを責め／あなたを裁きの座に引き出されるだろうか．

あなたは甚だしく惡を行い／限りもなく不正を行ったのではないか．

For thou hast taken a pledge from thy brother for nought, and stripped the naked of their clothing.

Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.

But as for the mighty man, he had the earth; and the honourable man dwelt in it.

Thou hast sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken.

Therefore snares are round about thee, and sudden fear troubleth thee;

あなたは兄弟から質草を取って何も與えず／旣に裸の人からなお着物をはぎ取った．

渴き果てた人に水を與えず／飢えた人に食べ物を拒んだ．

腕力を振るう者が土地をわがものとし／もてはやされている者がそこに住む．

あなたはやもめに何も與えず追い拂い／みなしごの腕を折った．

だからこそ／あなたの周りには至るところに ┼があり／突然の恐れにあなたはおびえる．

Or darkness, that thou canst not see; and abundance of waters cover thee.

Is not God in the height of heaven? and behold the height of the stars, how high they are!

And thou sayest, How doth God know? can he judge through the dark cloud?

Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.

Hast thou marked the old way which wicked men have trodden?

また，暗黑に包まれて何も見えず／洪水があなたを覆っているので

あなたは言う．「神がいますのは高い天の上で／見よ，あのように高い星の群れの頭なのだ．」

だからあなたは言う．「神が何を知っておられるものか．濃霧の向こうから裁くことができようか．

雲に遮られて見ることもできず／天の丸天井を行き來されるだけだ」と．

あなたは昔からの道に／惡を行う者の步んだ道に氣をつけよ．

Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with a flood:

Which said unto God, Depart from us: and what can the Almighty do for them?

Yet he filled their houses with good things: but the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

The righteous see it, and are glad: and the innocent laugh them to scorn.

Whereas our substance is not cut down, but the remnant of them the fire consumeth.

彼らは時ならずして，取り去られ／流れがその基までぬぐい去った．

神に向かって彼らは言っていた．「ほうっておいてくれ／全能者と呼ばれる者に何ができる．」

それに對してあなたは言った．「神はその彼らの家を富で滿たされる．神に逆らう者の考えはわたしから遠い．」

神に從う人なら見拔いて喜び／罪のない人なら嘲笑って言うであろう．

「彼らの財産は確かに無に歸し／殘ったものも火になめ盡くされる．」

Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.

Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.

Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.

神に從い，神と和解しなさい．そうすれば，あなたは幸せになるだろう．

神が口ずから授ける敎えを受け／その言葉を心に納めなさい．

もし，全能者のもとに立ち歸り／あなたの天幕から不正を遠ざけるなら／あなたは元どおりにしていただける．

黃金を塵の中に／オフィルの金を川床に置くがよい．

全能者こそがあなたの黃金／あなたにとっての最高の銀となり

For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.

Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands.

あなたは全能者によって喜びを得／神に向かって顔を上げ

あなたが祈れば聞き入れられ／滿願の獻げ物をすることもできるだろう．

あなたが決意することは成就し／步む道には光が輝くことだろう．

倒れている者に，立ち上がれとあなたが言えば／目を伏せていた者は救われる．

淸くない者すら／あなたの手の潔白によって救われる．
