	365 일독성경 9월 2일 (1)

	욥기 30:1-31:40 욥은 현재 환난 가운데 있는 자신은 사람들의 조롱거리가 되었다고 비통하게 노래하면서, 하나님께서 자신을 고통 가운데 있게 하셨다고 하였다. 그리고 하나님께 부르짖으나 하나님께서 대답하지 아니하시므로 자신은 애통한 상태에 있다고 하면서, 하나님께서 자신의 정직함을 알기를 원하며 자신에게 대답해 주시기를 간구하였다.

	계속되는 욥의 독백(30:1-31:40)

But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.

Yea, whereto might the strength of their hands profit me, in whom old age was perished?

For want and famine they were solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste.

Who cut up mallows by the bushes, and juniper roots for their meat.

They were driven forth from among men, (they cried after them as after a thief;)

だが今は，わたしより若い者らが／わたしを嘲笑う．彼らの父親を羊の番犬と ¿べることすら／わたしは忌まわしいと思っていたのだ．

その手の力もわたしの役には立たず／何の氣力も殘っていないような者らだった．

無一物で飢え，衰え／荒¿とした砂漠や沼地をさまよい

あかざの葉を摘み／れだまの根を食糧としていた．

彼らは世間から追われ／泥棒呼ばわりされ

To dwell in the cliffs of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.

Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together.

They were children of fools, yea, children of base men: they were viler than the earth.

And now am I their song, yea, I am their byword.

They abhor me, they flee far from me, and spare not to spit in my face.

身震いさせるような谷間や／土の穴，岩の裂け目に宿り

茨の間で野ろばのようにいななき／あざみの下に群がり合っていた．

愚か者，名もない輩／國からたたき出された者らだった．

ところが今は，わたしが彼らのはやし歌の種／嘲りの言葉を浴びる身になってしまった．

彼らはわたしを忌み嫌って近寄らず／平氣で顔に唾を吐きかけてくる．

Because he hath loosed my cord, and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.

Upon my right hand rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they raise up against me the ways of their destruction.

They mar my path, they set forward my calamity, they have no helper.

They came upon me as a wide breaking in of waters: in the desolation they rolled themselves upon me.

Terrors are turned upon me: they pursue my soul as the wind: and my welfare passeth away as a cloud.

彼らは手綱を振り切り，わたしを辱め／くつわを捨てて勝手にふるまう．

彼らは生意氣にもわたしの右に立ち／わたしを追い出し，災いの道を行かせ

逃げ道を斷ち，滅びに追いやろうとする．それを止めてくれる者はない．

襲って來て甚だしく打ち破り／押し寄せて來て廢虛にする．

死の破滅がわたしを襲い／わたしの力は風に吹きさらわれ／わたしの救いは雲のように消え去った．

And now my soul is poured out upon me; the days of affliction have taken hold upon me.

My bones are pierced in me in the night season: and my sinews take no rest.

By the great force of my disease is my garment changed: it bindeth me about as the collar of my coat.

He hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes.

I cry unto thee, and thou dost not hear me: I stand up, and thou regardest me not.

もはや，わたしは息も絶えんばかり／苦しみの日¿がわたしを捕えた．

夜，わたしの骨は刺すように痛み／わたしをさいなむ病は休むことがない．

病は肌着のようにまつわりつき／その激しさにわたしの皮膚は／見る影もなく變わった．

わたしは泥の中に投げ ¿まれ／塵芥に等しくなってしまった．

神よ／わたしはあなたに向かって叫んでいるのに／あなたはお答えにならない．御前に立っているのに／あなたは御覽にならない．

Thou art become cruel to me: with thy strong hand thou opposest thyself against me.

Thou liftest me up to the wind; thou causest me to ride upon it, and dissolvest my substance.

For I know that thou wilt bring me to death, and to the house appointed for all living.

Howbeit he will not stretch out his hand to the grave, though they cry in his destruction.

Did not I weep for him that was in trouble? was not my soul grieved for the poor?

あなたは冷酷にな� 堰^御手の力をもってわたしに怒りを表される．

わたしを吹き上げ，風に乘せ／風のうなりの中でほんろうなさる．

わたしは知っている．あなたはわたしを死の國へ／すべて命あるものがやがて集められる家へ／連れ戾そうとなさっているのだ．

人は，嘆き求める者に手を差し伸べ／不幸な者を救おうとしないだろうか．

わたしは苦境にある人と共に／泣かなかったろうか．貧しい人のために心を痛めなかったろうか．

When I looked for good, then evil came unto me: and when I waited for light, there came darkness.

My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.

I went mourning without the sun: I stood up, and I cried in the congregation.

I am a brother to dragons, and a companion to owls.

My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.

わたしは幸いを望んだのに，災いが來た．光を待っていたのに，闇が來た．

わたしの胸は沸き返り／靜まろうとしない．苦しみの日¿がわたしに襲いかかっている．

光を見ることなく，嘆きつつ步き／人¿の中に立ち，救いを求めて叫ぶ．

山犬の兄弟となり／喚鳥の仲間となったかのように

わたしの皮膚は黑くなって，はげ落ち／骨は熱に燒けただれている．

My harp also is turned to mourning, and my organ into the voice of them that weep.

喪の調べをわたしの竪琴は奏で／悲しみの歌をわたしの笛は歌う．

I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?

For what portion of God is there from above? and what inheritance of the Almighty from on high?

Is not destruction to the wicked? and a strange punishment to the workers of iniquity?

Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?

If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;

わたしは自分の目と契約を結んでいるのに／どうしておとめに目を注いだりしようか．

上から神がくださる分は何か／高きにいます全能者のお與えになるものは何か．

不正を行う者には災いを／惡を行う者には外敵をお與えになるではないか．

神はわたしの道を見張り／わたしの步みをすべて數えておられるではないか．

わたしがむなしいものと共に步き／この足が欺きの道を急いだことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.

If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;

Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

If mine heart have been deceived by a woman, or if I have laid wait at my neighbour's door;

Then let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.

正義を秤として量ってもらいたい．神にわたしの潔白を知っていただきたい．

わたしの步みが道を外れ／目の向くままに心が動いたことは，決してない．この手には，決して汚れはない．もしあるというなら

わたしの蒔いたものを他人が食べてもよい．わたしの子孫は根絶やしにされてもよい．

わたしが隣人の妻に心奪われたり／門で待ち伏せたりしたことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

わたしの妻が他人のために粉をひき／よその男に犯されてもよい．

For this is an heinous crime; yea, it is an iniquity to be punished by the judges.

For it is a fire that consumeth to destruction, and would root out all mine increase.

If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me;

What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?

Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

それは恥ずべき行爲であり／裁かれるべき罪なのだから

滅びの國までも燒き盡くす火が／わたしの收穫を根まで燒き盡くしてもよい．

わたしが奴隷たちの言い分を聞かず／はしための權利を拒んだことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

神が裁きに立たれるとき／わたしが何をなしえよう．神が調べられるとき何と答えられよう．

わたしを胎內に造ってくださった方が／彼らをもお造りになり／我¿は同じ方によって／母の胎に置かれたのだから．

If I have withheld the poor from their desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;

Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;

(For from my youth he was brought up with me, as with a father, and I have guided her from my mother's womb;)

If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;

If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;

わたしが貧しい人¿を失望させ／やもめが目を泣きつぶしても顧みず

食べ物を獨り占めにし／みなしごを飢えさせたことは，決してない．

いや，わたしは若いころから／父となって彼らを育て／母の胎を出たときから／やもめたちを導く者であった．

着る物もなく弱り果てている人や／からだを覆う物もない貧しい人を／わたしが見過ごしにしたことは，決してない．

彼らは常にわたしの羊の毛でからだを暖めて／感謝したのだ．

If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:

Then let mine arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.

For destruction from God was a terror to me, and by reason of his highness I could not endure.

If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, Thou art my confidence;

If I rejoice because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

わたしが裁きの座で味方の多いのをいいことにして／みなしごに手を振り上げたことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

わたしの腕は肩から拔け落ちてもよい． ¿が ¿けてもよい．

神の下される災いをわたしは恐れる．その怒りには堪えられない．

わたしが黃金を賴みとし／純金があれば安心だと思い

財寶の多いことを喜び／自分の力を强大だと思ったことは，決してない．

If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking in brightness;

And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:

This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above.

If I rejoice at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him:

Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.

太陽の輝き，滿ち欠ける月を仰いで

ひそかに心を迷わせ／口づけを投げたことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

これもまた，裁かれるべき罪である．天にいます神を否んだことになるのだから．

わたしを憎む者の不幸を喜び／彼が災いに遭うのを見て／わたしがはやしたてたことは，決してない．

呪いをかけて人の命を求めることによって／自分の口が罪を犯すのを許したことは／決してない．

If the men of my tabernacle said not, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.

The stranger did not lodge in the street: but I opened my doors to the traveller.

If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:

Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, and went not out of the door?

Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire is, that the Almighty would answer me, and that mine adversary had written a book.

わたしの天幕に住んでいた人¿が／「彼が腹いっぱい肉をくれればよいのに」と言ったことは決してない．

見知らぬ人さえ野宿させたことはない．わが家の扉はいつも旅人に開かれていた．

わたしがアダムのように自分の罪を隱し／咎を胸の內に秘めていたことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

群衆の前に震え，一族の侮りにおののき／默して門の內にこもっていただろう．

どうか，わたしの言うことを聞いてください．見よ，わたしはここに署名する．全能者よ，答えてください．わたしと爭う者が書いた告訴狀を

Surely I would take it upon my shoulder, and bind it as a crown to me.

I would declare unto him the number of my steps; as a prince would I go near unto him.

If my land cry against me, or that the furrows likewise thereof complain;

If I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:

Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.

わたしはしかと肩に擔い／冠のようにして頭に結び付けよう．

わたしの步みの一步一步を彼に示し／君主のように彼と對決しよう．

わたしの畑がわたしに對して叫び聲をあげ／その畝が泣き

わたしが金を拂わずに收穫を奪って食べ／持ち主を死に至らしめたことは，決してない．もしあるというなら

小麥の代わりに茨が生え／大麥の代わりに雜草が生えてもよい．ヨブは語り盡くした．
