	이사야 44:1-45:25 하나님께서는 자신을 이스라엘의 왕이시며, 구속자인 만군의 야웨라고 하면서 야웨밖에 다른 신이 없다고 하셨다. 우상 숭배자들을 향하여 수치를 당할 것이라고 하였다. 또한 하나님께서는 고레스를 야웨의 목자로 삼으셔서 그를 통하여 예루살렘이 중건되고 성전의 기초가 세워질 것이라고 하셨다.

	이스라엘의 구속(44:1-44:28)

Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:

Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.

For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:

And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.

One shall say, I am the LORD's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD, and surname himself by the name of Israel.

そして今，わたしの僕ヤコブよ／わたしの選んだイスラエルよ，聞け．

あなたを造り，母の胎內に形づくり／あなたを助ける主は，こう言われる．恐れるな，わたしの僕ヤコブよ．わたしの選んだエシュルンよ．

わたしは乾いている地に水を注ぎ／乾いた土地に流れを與える．あなたの子孫にわたしの靈を注ぎ／あなたの末にわたしの祝福を與える．

彼らは草の生い茂る中に芽生え／水のほとりの柳のように育つ．

ある者は「わたしは主のもの」と言い／ある者はヤコブの名を名乘り／またある者は手に「主のもの」と記し／「イスラエル」をその名とする．

Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.

Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.

They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed.

Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?

イスラエルの王である主／イスラエルを ·う万軍の主は，こう言われる．わたしは初めであり，終わりである．わたしをおいて神はない．

だれか，わたしに ¿ぶ者がいるなら／聲をあげ，發言し，わたしと競ってみよ．わたしがとこしえの民としるしを定めた日から／來るべきことにいたるまでを告げてみよ．

恐れるな，おびえるな．旣にわたしはあなたに聞かせ／告げてきたではないか．あなたたちはわたしの證人ではないか．わたしをおいて神があろうか，岩があろうか．わたしはそれを知らない．

偶像を形づくる者は皆，無力で／彼らが慕うものも役に立たない．彼ら自身が證人だ．見ることも，知ることもなく，恥を受ける．

無力な神を造り／役に立たない偶像を鑄る者はすべて

Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together.

The smith with the tongs both worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint.

The carpenter stretcheth out his rule; he marketh it out with a line; he fitteth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man; that it may remain in the house.

He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth an ash, and the rain doth nourish it.

Then shall it be for a man to burn: for he will take thereof, and warm himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread; yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.

その仲間と共に恥を受ける．職人も皆，人間にすぎず／皆集まって立ち，恐れ，恥を受ける．

鐵工は金槌と炭火を使って仕事をする．槌でたたいて形を造り，强い腕を振るって ¿くが／飢えれば力も減り，水を飮まなければ疲れる．

木工は寸法を計り，石筆で圖を描き／のみで削り，コンパスで圖を描き／人の形に似せ，人間の美しさに似せて作り／神殿に置く．

彼は林の中で力を盡くし／¿を切り，柏や ¿の木を選び／また， ¿の木を植え，雨が育てるのを待つ．

木は薪になるもの．人はその一部を取って體を溫め／一部を燃やしてパンを燒き／その木で神を造ってそれにひれ伏し／木像に仕立ててそれを拜むのか．

He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh; he roasteth roast, and is satisfied: yea, he warmeth himself, and saith, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire:

And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.

They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.

And none considereth in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?

He feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

また，木材の半分を燃やして火にし／肉を食べようとしてその半分の上であぶり／食べ飽きて身が溫まると／「ああ，溫かい，炎が見える」などと言う．

殘りの木で神を，自分のための偶像を造り／ひれ伏して拜み，祈って言う．「お救いください，あなたはわたしの神」と．

彼らは悟ることもなく，理解することもない．目はふさがれていて見えず／心もふさがれていて，目覺めることはない．

反省することもなく，知識も英知もなく／「わたしは半分を燃やして火にし／その炭火でパンを燒き，肉をあぶって食べた．殘りの木で忌むべきものを造ったり／木の切れ端を拜んだりできようか」とは言わない．

彼は灰を食らい／惑わされた心は，その道を誤らせる．彼は自分の魂を救うことができず／「わたしの右の手にあるのは僞りではないか」とすら言わない．

Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me.

I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.

Sing, O ye heavens; for the LORD hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.

Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;

思い起こせ，ヤコブよ／イスラエルよ，あなたはわたしの僕．わたしはあなたを形づくり，わたしの僕とした．イスラエルよ，わたしを忘れてはならない．

わたしはあなたの背きを雲のように／罪を霧のように吹き拂った．わたしに立ち歸れ，わたしはあなたを ·った．

天よ，喜び歌え，主のなさったことを．地の底よ，喜びの叫びをあげよ．山¿も，森とその木¿も歡聲をあげよ．主はヤコブを ·い／イスラエルによって輝きを現された．

あなたの ·い主／あなたを母の胎內に形づくられた方／主はこう言われる．わたしは主，万物の造り主．自ら天を延べ，獨り地を踏み廣げた．

むなしいしるしを告げる者を混亂させ／占い師を狂わせ／知者を退けてその知識を愚かなものとする．

That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:

That saith to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up thy rivers:

That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.

僕の言葉を成就させ／使者の計畵を實現させる．エルサレムに向かって，人が住み着く，と言い／ユダの町¿に向かって，再建される，と言う．わたしは廢虛を再び興す．

深い水の底に向かって，乾け，と言い／お前の大河をわたしは干上がらせる，と言う．

キュロスに向かって，わたしの牧者／わたしの望みを成就させる者，と言う．エルサレムには，再建される，と言い／神殿には基が置かれる，と言う．

	구원자 고레스(45:1-45:25)

Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

主が油を注がれた人キュロスについて／主はこう言われる．わたしは彼の右の手を固く取り／國¿を彼に從わせ，王たちの武裝を解かせる．扉は彼の前に開かれ／どの城門も閉ざされることはない．

わたしはあなたの前を行き，山¿を平らにし／靑銅の扉を破り，鐵のかんぬきを折り

暗闇に置かれた寶，隱された富をあなたに與える．あなたは知るようになる／わたしは主，あなたの名を呼ぶ者／イスラエルの神である，と．

わたしの僕ヤコブのために／わたしの選んだイスラエルのために／わたしはあなたの名を呼び，稱號を與えたが／あなたは知らなかった．

わたしが主，ほかにはいない．わたしをおいて神はない．わたしはあなたに力を與えたが／あなたは知らなかった．

That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?

Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?

日の昇るところから日の沈むところまで／人¿は知るようになる／わたしのほかは，むなしいものだ，と．わたしが主，ほかにはいない．

光を造り，闇を創造し／平和をもたらし，災いを創造する者．わたしが主，これらのことをするものである．

天よ，露を滴らせよ．雲よ，正義を注げ．地が開いて，救いが實を結ぶように．惠みの御業が共に芽生えるように．わたしは主，それを創造する．

災いだ，土の器のかけらにすぎないのに／自分の造り主と爭う者は．粘土が陶工に言うだろうか／「何をしているのか／あなたの作ったものに取っ手がない」などと．

災いだ，なぜ子供をもうけるのか，と父親に言い／なぜ産みの苦しみをするのか，と女に問う者は．

Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.

Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.

Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.

イスラエルの聖なる神，その造り主／主はこう言われる．あなたたちはしるしを求めるのか．わたしの子ら，わたしの手の業について／わたしに命ずるのか．

大地を造り，その上に人間を創造したのはわたし．自分の手で天を廣げ／その万象を指揮するもの．

わたしは正義によって彼を奮い立たせ／その行く道をすべてまっすぐにする．彼はわたしの都を再建し／わたしの捕らわれ人を釋放し／報酬も賄賂も求めない．万軍の主はこう言われた．

主はこう言われる．エジプトの産物，クシュの商品／背の高いセバ人が／あなたのもとに送り ¿まれ，あなたのものになる．彼らは鎖につながれて送り ¿まれ／あなたに從う．彼らはあなたにひれ伏し，あなたに願って言う．「神は確かにあなたのうちにいます．ほかにはおられない．他の神¿はむなしい．

まことにあなたは御自分を隱される神／イスラエルの神よ，あなたは救いを與えられる」と．

They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.

But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.

偶像を造る者は辱めの中を行き／皆共に恥を受け，辱められる．

イスラエルは主によって救われる．それはとこしえに續く救い／あなたたちは世¿とこしえに／恥を受けることも，辱められることもない．

神である方，天を創造し，地を形づくり／造り上げて，固く据えられた方／混沌として創造されたのではなく／人の住む所として形づくられた方／主は，こう言われる．わたしが主，ほかにはいない．

わたしは隱れた所で，地の闇の所で／語ったことはない．ヤコブの子孫に向かって／混沌の中にわたしを求めよ，と言ったことはない．わたしは主／正義を語り，公平を告知する者．

國¿から逃れて來た者は集まって／共に近づいて來るがよい．偶像が木にすぎないことも知らずに擔ぎ／救う力のない神に祈る者．

Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

意見を交わし，それを述べ，示せ．だれがこのことを昔から知らせ／以前から述べていたかを．それは主であるわたしではないか．わたしをおいて神はない．正しい神，救いを與える神は／わたしのほかにはない．

地の果てのすべての人¿よ／わたしを仰いで，救いを得よ．わたしは神，ほかにはいない．

わたしは自分にかけて誓う．わたしの口から惠みの言葉が出されたならば／その言葉は決して取り消されない．わたしの前に，すべての膝はかがみ／すべての舌は誓いを立て

惠みの御業と力は主にある，とわたしに言う．主に對して怒りを燃やした者はことごとく／主に服し，恥を受ける．

イスラエルの子孫はすべて／主によって，正しい者とされて誇る．
