베드로전서 1:13-2:10

 베드로는 어린양의 피와 하나님의 말씀으로 말미암아 구원받은 성도들이 모든 행실에 거룩하고 형제를 사랑하며 말씀을 사모하고 예수님과 같은 거룩한 제사장이 되어 하나님의 덕을 선포할 것을 권면하였다.
  
  거룩한 생활(1:13-1:25)    
 
  1. Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
  2. As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
  3. But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
  4. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
  5. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
  1. だから， いつでも 心を 引き 締め， 身を 愼んで， イエス · キリスト が 現れるときに 與えられる 惠みを， ひたすら 待ち 望みなさい．
  2. 無知であったころの 欲望に 引きずられることなく， 從順な 子となり，
  3. 召し 出してくださった 聖なる 方に 倣って， あなたがた 自身も 生活のすべての 面で 聖なる 者となりなさい．
  4. 「あなたがたは 聖なる 者となれ． わたしは 聖なる 者だからである 」と 書いてあるからです．
  5. また， あなたがたは， 人それぞれの 行いに 應じて 公平に 裁かれる 方を， 「父 」と 呼びかけているのですから， この 地上に 假住まいする 間， その 方を 畏れて 生活すべきです．
  1. Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
  2. But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
  3. Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
  4. Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
  5. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
  1. 知ってのとおり， あなたがたが 先祖傳來のむなしい 生活から ·われたのは， 金や 銀のような 朽ち 果てるものにはよらず，
  2. きずや 汚れのない 小羊のような キリスト の 尊い 血によるのです．
  3. キリスト は， 天地創造の 前からあらかじめ 知られていましたが， この 終わりの 時代に， あなたがたのために 現れてくださいました．
  4. あなたがたは， キリスト を 死者の 中から 復活させて 榮光をお 與えになった 神を， キリスト によって 信じています． 從って， あなたがたの 信仰と 希望とは 神にかかっているのです．
  5. あなたがたは， 眞理を 受け 入れて， 魂を 淸め， 僞りのない 兄弟愛を 抱くようになったのですから， 淸い 心で 深く 愛し 合いなさい．
  1. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
  2. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
  3. But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
  1. あなたがたは， 朽ちる 種からではなく， 朽ちない 種から， すなわち， 神の 變わることのない 生きた 言葉によって 新たに 生まれたのです．
  2. こう 言われているからです． 「人は 皆， 草のようで， ／その 華やかさはすべて， 草の 花のようだ． 草は 枯れ， ／花は 散る．
  3. しかし， 主の 言葉は 永遠に 變わることがない． 」これこそ， あなたがたに 福音として 告げ 知らされた 言葉なのです．
 
  구원받은 자의 성장(2:1-2:10)    
 
  1. Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, all evil speakings,
  2. As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
  3. If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
  4. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
  5. Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
  1. だから， 惡意， 僞り， 僞善， ねたみ， 惡口をみな 捨て 去って，
  2. 生まれたばかりの 乳飮み 子のように， 混じりけのない 靈の 乳を 慕い 求めなさい． これを 飮んで 成長し， 救われるようになるためです．
  3. あなたがたは， 主が 惠み 深い 方だということを 味わいました．
  4. この 主のもとに 來なさい． 主は， 人¿からは 見捨てられたのですが， 神にとっては 選ばれた， 尊い， 生きた 石なのです．
  5. あなたがた 自身も 生きた 石として 用いられ， 靈的な 家に 造り 上げられるようにしなさい． そして 聖なる 祭司となって 神に 喜ばれる 靈的ないけにえを， イエス · キリスト を 通して 獻げなさい．
  1. Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
  2. Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
  3. And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
  4. But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
  5. Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
  1. 聖書にこう 書いてあるからです． 「見よ， わたしは， 選ばれた 尊いかなめ 石を， ／ シオン に 置く． これを 信じる 者は， 決して 失望することはない． 」
  2. 從って， この 石は， 信じているあなたがたには 掛けがえのないものですが， 信じない 者たちにとっては， ／「家を 建てる 者の 捨てた 石， ／これが 隅の 親石となった 」のであり，
  3. また， ／「つまずきの 石， ／妨げの 岩 」なのです． 彼らは 御言葉を 信じないのでつまずくのですが， 實は， そうなるように 以前から 定められているのです．
  4. しかし， あなたがたは， 選ばれた 民， 王の 系統を 引く 祭司， 聖なる 國民， 神のものとなった 民です． それは， あなたがたを 暗闇の 中から 驚くべき 光の 中へと 招き 入れてくださった 方の 力ある 業を， あなたがたが 廣く 傳えるためなのです．
  5. あなたがたは， ／「かつては 神の 民ではなかったが， ／今は 神の 民であり， ／憐れみを 受けなかったが， ／今は 憐れみを 受けている 」のです．
