- Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
- Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
- But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
- Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
- They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

- 여호와여 영광을 우리에게 돌리지 마옵소서 우리에게 돌리지 마옵소서 오직 주는 인자하시고 진실하시므로 주의 이름에만 영광을 돌리소서
- 어찌하여 뭇 나라가 그들의 하나님이 이제 어디 있느냐 말하게 하리이까
- 오직 우리 하나님은 하늘에 계셔서 원하시는 모든 것을 행하셨나이다
- 그들의 우상들은 은과 금이요 사람이 손으로 만든 것이라
- 입이 있어도 말하지 못하며 눈이 있어도 보지 못하며

- They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
- They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
- They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.

- 귀가 있어도 듣지 못하며 코가 있어도 냄새 맡지 못하며
- 손이 있어도 만지지 못하며 발이 있어도 걷지 못하며 목구멍이 있어도 작은 소리조차 내지 못하느니라
- 우상들을 만드는 자들과 그것을 의지하는 자들이 다 그와 같으리로다
