- 主よ， わたしに 敵する 者のいかに 多いことでしょう． わたしに 逆らって 立つ 者が 多く，
- 「彼には 神の 助けがない 」と， わたしについて 言う 者が 多いのです． 〔セラ
- しかし 主よ， あなたはわたしを 圍む 盾， わが 榮え， わたしの 頭を， もたげてくださるかたです．
- わたしが 聲をあげて 主を 呼ばわると， 主は 聖なる 山からわたしに 答えられる． 〔セラ
- わたしはふして 眠り， また 目をさます． 主がわたしをささえられるからだ．
