마태복음 26:69-27:14

 예수님을 따르던 베드로는 예언대로 예수님을 세 번 부인하였다. 총독 빌라도에게 넘겨진 예수님은 다시 심문을 받게 되었고 무죄한 예수님을 팔아 넘긴 유다는 자살하고 말았다.
  
  제자들의 배반(26:69-27:14)    
 
  1. ペテロ は 外で 中庭にすわっていた． するとひとりの 女中が 彼のところにきて， 「あなたもあの ガリラヤ 人 イエス と 一緖だった 」と 言った．
  2. すると ペテロ は， みんなの 前でそれを 打ち 消して 言った， 「あなたが 何を 言っているのか， わからない 」．
  3. そう 言って 入口の 方に 出て 行くと， ほかの 女中が 彼を 見て， そこにいる 人¿にむかって， 「この 人は ナザレ 人 イエス と 一緖だった 」と 言った．
  4. そこで 彼は 再びそれを 打ち 消して， 「そんな 人は 知らない 」と 誓って 言った．
  5. しばらくして， そこに 立っていた 人¿が 近寄ってきて， ペテロ に 言った， 「確かにあなたも 彼らの 仲間だ． 言葉づかいであなたのことがわかる 」．
  1. Now Peter was sitting out in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him. "You also were with Jesus of Galilee," she said.
  2. But he denied it before them all. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said.
  3. Then he went out to the gateway, where another girl saw him and said to the people there, "This fellow was with Jesus of Nazareth."
  4. He denied it again, with an oath: "I don't know the man!"
  5. After a little while, those standing there went up to Peter and said, "Surely you are one of them, for your accent gives you away."
  1. 彼は「その 人のことは 何も 知らない 」と 言って， 激しく 誓いはじめた． するとすぐ 鷄が 鳴いた．
  2. ペテロ は「鷄が 鳴く 前に， 三度わたしを 知らないと 言うであろう 」と 言われた イエス の 言葉を 思い 出し， 外に 出て 激しく 泣いた．
  1. Then he began to call down curses on himself and he swore to them, "I don't know the man!" Immediately a rooster crowed.
  2. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: "Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times." And he went outside and wept bitterly.
 
 
  1. 夜が 明けると， 祭司長たち， 民の 長老たち 一同は， イエス を 殺そうとして 協議をこらした 上，
  2. イエス を 縛って 引き 出し， 總督 ピラト に 渡した．
  3. そのとき， イエス を 裏切った ユダ は， イエス が 罪に 定められたのを 見て 後悔し， 銀貨三十枚を 祭司長， 長老たちに 返して
  4. 言った， 「わたしは 罪のない 人の 血を 賣るようなことをして， 罪を 犯しました 」． しかし 彼らは 言った， 「それは， われわれの 知ったことか． 自分で 始末するがよい 」．
  5. そこで， 彼は 銀貨を 聖所に 投げ ¿んで 出て 行き， 首をつって 死んだ．
  1. Early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people came to the decision to put Jesus to death.
  2. They bound him, led him away and handed him over to Pilate, the governor.
  3. When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty silver coins to the chief priests and the elders.
  4. "I have sinned," he said, "for I have betrayed innocent blood." "What is that to us?" they replied. "That's your responsibility."
  5. So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.
  1. 祭司長たちは， その 銀貨を 拾いあげて 言った， 「これは 血の 代價だから， 宮の 金庫に 入れるのはよくのない 」．
  2. そこで 彼らは 協議の 上， 外國人の 墓地にするために， その 金で 陶器師の 畑を 買った．
  3. そのために， この 畑は 今日まで 血の 畑と 呼ばれている．
  4. こうして 預言者 エレミヤ によって 言われた 言葉が， 成就したのである． すなわち， 「彼らは， 値をつけられたもの， すなわち， イスラエル の 子らが 値をつけたものの 代價， 銀貨三十を 取って，
  5. 主がお 命じになったように， 陶器師の 畑の 代價として， その 金を 與えた 」．
  1. The chief priests picked up the coins and said, "It is against the law to put this into the treasury, since it is blood money."
  2. So they decided to use the money to buy the potter's field as a burial place for foreigners.
  3. That is why it has been called the Field of Blood to this day.
  4. Then what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled: "They took the thirty silver coins, the price set on him by the people of Israel,
  5. and they used them to buy the potter's field, as the Lord commanded me."
  1. さて， イエス は 總督の 前に 立たれた． すると 總督は イエス に 尋ねて 言った， 「あなたが ユダヤ 人の 王であるか 」． イエス は「そのとおりである 」と 言われた．
  2. しかし， 祭司長， 長老たちが 訴えている 間， イエス はひと 言もお 答えにならなかった．
  3. すると ピラト は 言った， 「あんなにまで 次¿に， あなたに 不利な 證言を 立てているのが， あなたには 聞えないのか 」．
  4. しかし， 總督が 非常に 不思議に 思ったほどに， イエス は 何を 言われても， ひと 言もお 答えにならなかった．
  1. Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, "Are you the king of the Jews?" "Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied.
  2. When he was accused by the chief priests and the elders, he gave no answer.
  3. Then Pilate asked him, "Don't you hear the testimony they are bringing against you?"
  4. But Jesus made no reply, not even to a single charge--to the great amazement of the governor.
