레위기 11:1-12:8

 야웨께서는 백성들이 먹을 수 있는 정한 음식으로, 굽이 갈라져 쪽발이 되고 새김질하는 짐승, 지느러미와 비늘이 있는 어류, 정한 조류와 날개 있고 네 발로 기어 다니되 뛰는 다리가 있는 곤충 등을 허락하셨다. 그외 부정한 것들은 먹지도 접촉하지도 않음으로써 성결케 하도록 하셨다. 출산으로 부정케 된 여인이 정결케 되는 방법에 대해서도 말씀하셨다.
  
  정한 짐승과 부정한 짐승(11:1-11:47)    
 
  1. 主はまた モ ― セ と アロン に 言われた，
  2. 「イスラエル の 人¿に 言いなさい， 『地にあるすべての ¿のうち， あなたがたの 食べることができる 動物は 次のとおりである．
  3. ¿のうち， すべてひずめの 分かれたもの， すなわち， ひずめの 全く 切れたもの， 反 ·するものは， これを 食べることができる．
  4. ただし， 反 ·するもの， またはひずめの 分かれたもののうち， 次のものは 食べてはならない． すなわち， らくだ， これは， 反 ·するけれども， ひずめが 分かれていないから， あなたがたには 汚れたものである．
  5. 岩たぬき， これは， 反 ·するけれども， ひずめが 分かれていないから， あなたがたには 汚れたものである．
  1. The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,
  2. "Say to the Israelites: 'Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat:
  3. You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud.
  4. " 'There are some that only chew the cud or only have a split hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you.
  5. The coney, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is unclean for you.
  1. 野うさぎ， これは， 反 ·するけれども， ひずめが 分かれていないから， あなたがたには 汚れたものである．
  2. 豚， これは， ひずめが 分かれており， ひずめが 全く 切れているけれども， 反 ·することをしないから， あなたがたには 汚れたものである．
  3. あなたがたは， これらのものの 肉を 食べてはならない． またその 死體に 觸れてはならない． これらは， あなたがたには 汚れたものである．

  1. The rabbit, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is unclean for you.
  2. And the pig, though it has a split hoof completely divided, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you.
  3. You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.
  4. " 'Of all the creatures living in the water of the seas and the streams, you may eat any that have fins and scales.
  5. But all creatures in the seas or streams that do not have fins and scales--whether among all the swarming things or among all the other living creatures in the water--you are to detest.
  1. これらはあなたがたに 忌むべきものであるから， あなたがたはその 肉を 食べてはならない． またその 死體は 忌むべきものとしなければならない．
  2. すべて 水の 中にいて， ひれも， うろこもないものは， あなたがたに 忌むべきものである．

  1. And since you are to detest them, you must not eat their meat and you must detest their carcasses.
  2. Anything living in the water that does not have fins and scales is to be detestable to you.
  3. " 'These are the birds you are to detest and not eat because they are detestable: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture,
  4. the red kite, any kind of black kite,
  5. any kind of raven,
  1. だちょう， よたか， かもめ， たかの 類，
  2. ふくろう， う， みみずく，
  3. むらさきばん， ペリカン ， はげたか，
  4. こうのとり， さぎの 類， やつがしら， こうもり．
  5. また 羽があって 四つの 足で 步くすべての 這うものは， あなたがたに 忌むべきものである．
  1. the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk,
  2. the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl,
  3. the white owl, the desert owl, the osprey,
  4. the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe and the bat.
  5. " 'All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be detestable to you.
  1. ただし， 羽があって 四つの 足で 步くすべての 這うもののうち， その 足のうえに， 跳ね 足があり， それで 地の 上をはねるものは 食べることができる．
  2. すなわち， そのうち 次のものは 食べることができる． 移住いなごの 類， 遍歷いなごの 類， 大いなごの 類， 小いなごの 類である．
  3. しかし， 羽があって 四つの 足で 步く， そのほかのすべての 這うものは， あなたがたに 忌むべきものである．
  4. あなたがたは 次の 場合に 汚れたものとなる． すなわち， すべてこれらのものの 死體に 觸れる 者は 夕まで 汚れる．

  1. There are, however, some winged creatures that walk on all fours that you may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground.
  2. Of these you may eat any kind of locust, katydid, cricket or grasshopper.
  3. But all other winged creatures that have four legs you are to detest.
  4. " 'You will make yourselves unclean by these; whoever touches their carcasses will be unclean till evening.
  5. Whoever picks up one of their carcasses must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening.
  1. すべて， ひずめの 分かれた ¿で， その 切れ 目の 切れていないもの， また， 反 ·することをしないものは， あなたがたに 汚れたものである． すべて， これに 觸れる 者は 汚れる．

  1. " 'Every animal that has a split hoof not completely divided or that does not chew the cud is unclean for you; whoever touches the carcass of any of them will be unclean.
  2. Of all the animals that walk on all fours, those that walk on their paws are unclean for you; whoever touches their carcasses will be unclean till evening.
  3. Anyone who picks up their carcasses must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening. They are unclean for you.
  4. " 'Of the animals that move about on the ground, these are unclean for you: the weasel, the rat, any kind of great lizard,
  5. the gecko, the monitor lizard, the wall lizard, the skink and the chameleon.
  1. もろもろの 這うもののうち， これらはあなたがたに 汚れたものである． すべてそれらのものが 死んで， それに 觸れる 者は 夕まで 汚れる．
  2. またそれらのものが 死んで， それが 落ちかかった 物はすべて 汚れる． 木の 器であれ， 衣服であれ， 皮であれ， 袋であれ， およそ 仕事に 使う 器はそれを 水に 入れなければならない． それは 夕まで 汚れているが， そののち 淸くなる．
  3. またそれらのものが， 土の 器の 中に 落ちたならば， その 中にあるものは 皆汚れる． あなたがたはその 器をこわさなければならない．

  1. Of all those that move along the ground, these are unclean for you. Whoever touches them when they are dead will be unclean till evening.
  2. When one of them dies and falls on something, that article, whatever its use, will be unclean, whether it is made of wood, cloth, hide or sackcloth. Put it in water; it will be unclean till evening, and then it will be clean.
  3. If one of them falls into a clay pot, everything in it will be unclean, and you must break the pot.
  4. Any food that could be eaten but has water on it from such a pot is unclean, and any liquid that could be drunk from it is unclean.
  5. Anything that one of their carcasses falls on becomes unclean; an oven or cooking pot must be broken up. They are unclean, and you are to regard them as unclean.
  1. ただし， 泉， あるいは 水の 集まった 水たまりは 汚れない． しかし， その 死體に 觸れる 者は 汚れる．
  2. それらのものの 死體が， まく 種の 上に 落ちても， それは 汚れない．

  1. A spring, however, or a cistern for collecting water remains clean, but anyone who touches one of these carcasses is unclean.
  2. If a carcass falls on any seeds that are to be planted, they remain clean.
  3. But if water has been put on the seed and a carcass falls on it, it is unclean for you.
  4. " 'If an animal that you are allowed to eat dies, anyone who touches the carcass will be unclean till evening.
  5. Anyone who eats some of the carcass must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening. Anyone who picks up the carcass must wash his clothes, and he will be unclean till evening.
  1. すべて 地にはう 這うものは 忌むべきものである． これを 食べてはならない．
  2. すべて 腹ばい 行くもの， 四つ 足で 步くもの， あるいは 多くの 足をもつもの， すなわち， すべて 地にはう 這うものは， あなたがたはこれを 食べてはならない． それらは 忌むべきものだからである．
  3. あなたがたはすべて 這うものによって， あなたがたの 身を 忌むべきものとしてはならない． また， これをもって 身を 汚し， あるいはこれによって 汚されてはならない．
  4. わたしはあなたがたの 神， 主であるから， あなたがたはおのれを 聖別し， 聖なる 者とならなければならない． わたしは 聖なる 者である． 地にはう 這うものによって， あなたがたの 身を 汚してはならない．
  5. わたしはあなたがたの 神となるため， あなたがたを エジプト の 國から 導き 上った 主である． わたしは 聖なる 者であるから， あなたがたは 聖なる 者とならなければならない 』」．
  1. " 'Every creature that moves about on the ground is detestable; it is not to be eaten.
  2. You are not to eat any creature that moves about on the ground, whether it moves on its belly or walks on all fours or on many feet; it is detestable.
  3. Do not defile yourselves by any of these creatures. Do not make yourselves unclean by means of them or be made unclean by them.
  4. I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy. Do not make yourselves unclean by any creature that moves about on the ground.
  5. I am the LORD who brought you up out of Egypt to be your God; therefore be holy, because I am holy.
  1. これは ¿と 鳥と， 水の 中に 動くすべての 生き 物と， 地に 這うすべてのものに 關するおきてであって，
  2. 汚れたものと 淸いもの， 食べられる 生き 物と， 食べられない 生き 物とを 區別するものである．
  1. " 'These are the regulations concerning animals, birds, every living thing that moves in the water and every creature that moves about on the ground.
  2. You must distinguish between the unclean and the clean, between living creatures that may be eaten and those that may not be eaten.' "
 
  산모의 정결 의식(12:1-12:8)    
 
  1. 主はまた モ ― セ に 言われた，
  2. 「イスラエル の 人¿に 言いなさい， 『女がもし 身ごもって 男の 子を 産めば， 七日のあいだ 汚れる． すなわち， 月のさわりの 日かずほど 汚れるであろう．
  3. 八日目にはその 子の 前の 皮に 割禮を 施さなければならない．
  4. その 女はなお， 血の 淸めに 三十三日を 經なければならない． その 淸めの 日の 滿ちるまでは， 聖なる 物に 觸れてはならない． また 聖なる 所にはいってはならない．
  5. もし 女の 子を 産めば， 二週間， 月のさわりと 同じように 汚れる． その 女はなお， 血の 淸めに 六十六日を 經なければならない．
  1. The LORD said to Moses,
  2. "Say to the Israelites: 'A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.
  3. On the eighth day the boy is to be circumcised.
  4. Then the woman must wait thirty-three days to be purified from her bleeding. She must not touch anything sacred or go to the sanctuary until the days of her purification are over.
  5. If she gives birth to a daughter, for two weeks the woman will be unclean, as during her period. Then she must wait sixty-six days to be purified from her bleeding.
  1. 男の 子または 女の 子についての 淸めの 日が 滿ちるとき， 女は §祭のために 一歲の 小羊， 罪祭のために 家ばとのひな， あるいは 山ばとを， 會見の 幕屋の 入口の， 祭司のもとに， 携えてこなければならない．
  2. 祭司はこれを 主の 前にささげて， その 女のために， あがないをしなければならない． こうして 女はその 出血の 汚れが 淸まるであろう． これは 男の 子または 女の 子を 産んだ 女のためのおきてである．
  3. もしその 女が 小羊に 手の 屆かないときは， 山ばと 二羽か， 家ばとのひな 二羽かを 取って， 一つを §祭， 一つを 罪祭とし， 祭司はその 女のために， あがないをしなければならない． こうして 女は 淸まるであろう 』」．
  1. " 'When the days of her purification for a son or daughter are over, she is to bring to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting a year-old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a dove for a sin offering.
  2. He shall offer them before the LORD to make atonement for her, and then she will be ceremonially clean from her flow of blood. " 'These are the regulations for the woman who gives birth to a boy or a girl.
  3. If she cannot afford a lamb, she is to bring two doves or two young pigeons, one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering. In this way the priest will make atonement for her, and she will be clean.' "
