누가복음 16:19-17:10

 예수님은 부자와 거지 나사로의 비유를 들어 재물을 올바로 사용할 것을 교훈하셨다. 또한 제자들에게 이웃에 대한 용서와 믿음의 능력과 하나님께 대한 충성을 가르치셨다.
  
  부자와 나사로의 비유(16:19-16:31)    
 
  1. ある 金持がいた． 彼は 紫の 衣や 細布を 着て， 每日ぜいたくに 遊び 暮していた．
  2. ところが， ラザロ という 貧しい 人が 全身でき 物でおおわれて， この 金持の 玄關の 前にすわり，
  3. その 食卓から 落ちるもので 飢えをしのごうと 望んでいた． その 上， 犬がきて 彼のでき 物をなめていた．
  4. この 貧しい 人がついに 死に， 御使たちに 連れられて アブラハム のふところに 送られた． 金持も 死んで 葬られた．
  5. そして 黃泉にいて 苦しみながら， 目をあげると， アブラハム とそのふところにいる ラザロ とが， はるかに 見えた．
  1. "There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day.
  2. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores
  3. and longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
  4. "The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried.
  5. In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side.
  1. そこで 聲をあげて 言った， 『父， アブラハム よ， わたしをあわれんでください． ラザロ をおつかわしになって， その 指先を 水でぬらし， わたしの 舌を 冷やさせてください． わたしはこの 火炎の 中で 苦しみもだえています 』．
  2. アブラハム が 言った， 『子よ， 思い 出すがよい． あなたは 生前よいものを 受け， ラザロ の 方は 惡いものを 受けた． しかし 今ここでは， 彼は 慰められ， あなたは 苦しみもだえている．
  3. そればかりか， わたしたちとあなたがたとの 間には 大きな 淵がおいてあって， こちらからあなたがたの 方へ 渡ろうと 思ってもできないし， そちらからわたしたちの 方へ 越えて 來ることもできない 』．
  4. そこで 金持が 言った， 『父よ， ではお 願いします． わたしの 父の 家へ ラザロ をつかわしてください．
  5. わたしに 五人の 兄弟がいますので， こんな 苦しい 所へ 來ることがないように， 彼らに 警告していただきたいのです 』．
  1. So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.'
  2. "But Abraham replied, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony.
  3. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.'
  4. "He answered, 'Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father's house,
  5. for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'
  1. アブラハム は 言った， 『彼らには モ ― セ と 預言者とがある． それに 聞くがよかろう 』．
  2. 金持が 言った， 『いえいえ， 父 アブラハム よ， もし 死人の 中からだれかが 兄弟たちのところへ 行ってくれましたら， 彼らは 悔い 改めるでしょう 』．
  3. アブラハム は 言った， 『もし 彼らが モ ― セ と 預言者とに 耳を 傾けないなら， 死人の 中からよみがえってくる 者があっても， 彼らはその 勸めを 聞き 入れはしないであろう 』」．
  1. "Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.'
  2. " 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.'
  3. "He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.' "
 
  용서, 믿음, 충성에 대한 교훈(17:1-17:10)    
 
  1. イエス は 弟子たちに 言われた， 「罪の 誘惑が 來ることは 避けられない． しかし， それをきたらせる 者は， わざわいである．
  2. これらの 小さい 者のひとりを 罪に 誘惑するよりは， むしろ， ひきうすを 首にかけられて 海に 投げ 入れられた 方が， ましである．
  3. あなたがたは， 自分で 注意していなさい． もしあなたの 兄弟が 罪を 犯すなら， 彼をいさめなさい． そして 悔い 改めたら， ゆるしてやりなさい．
  4. もしあなたに 對して 一日に 七度罪を 犯し， そして 七度『悔い 改めます 』と 言ってあなたのところへ 歸ってくれば， ゆるしてやるがよい 」．
  5. 使徒たちは 主に「わたしたちの 信仰を 增してください 」と 言った．
  1. Jesus said to his disciples: "Things that cause people to sin are bound to come, but woe to that person through whom they come.
  2. It would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around his neck than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin.
  3. So watch yourselves. "If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.
  4. If he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times comes back to you and says, 'I repent,' forgive him."
  5. The apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith!"
  1. そこで 主が 言われた， 「もし， からし 種一粒ほどの 信仰があるなら， この 桑の 木に， 『拔け 出して 海に 植われ 』と 言ったとしても， その 言葉どおりになるであろう．
  2. あなたがたのうちのだれかに， 耕作か 牧畜かをする 僕があるとする． その 僕が 畑から 歸って 來たとき， 彼に『すぐきて， 食卓につきなさい 』と 言うだろうか．
  3. かえって， 『夕食の 用意をしてくれ． そしてわたしが 飮み 食いするあいだ， 帶をしめて 給仕をしなさい． そのあとで， 飮み 食いをするがよい 』と， 言うではないか．
  4. 僕が 命じられたことをしたからといって， 主人は 彼に 感謝するだろうか．
  5. 同樣にあなたがたも， 命じられたことを 皆してしまったとき， 『わたしたちはふつつかな 僕です． すべき 事をしたに 過ぎません 』と 言いなさい 」．
  1. He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it will obey you.
  2. "Suppose one of you had a servant plowing or looking after the sheep. Would he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, 'Come along now and sit down to eat'?
  3. Would he not rather say, 'Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink'?
  4. Would he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do?
  5. So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, 'We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.' "
