- わたしが 年老いた 時， わたしを 見離さないでください． わたしが 力衰えた 時， わたしを 見捨てないでください．
- わたしの 敵はわたしについて 語り， わたしのいのちをうかがう 者は 共にはかって，
- 「神は 彼を 見捨てた． 彼を 助ける 者がないから ／彼を 追って 捕えよ 」と 言います．
- 神よ， わたしに 遠ざからないでください． わが 神よ， すみやかに 來てわたしを 助けてください．
- わたしにあだする 者を 恥じさせ， 滅ぼしてください． わたしをそこなわんとする 者を， そしりと， はずかしめとをもっておおってください．

- Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone.
- For my enemies speak against me; those who wait to kill me conspire together.
- They say, "God has forsaken him; pursue him and seize him, for no one will rescue him."
- Be not far from me, O God; come quickly, O my God, to help me.
- May my accusers perish in shame; may those who want to harm me be covered with scorn and disgrace.

- しかしわたしは 絶えず 望みをいだいて， いよいよあなたをほめたたえるでしょう．
- わたしの 口はひねもすあなたの 義と， あなたの 救とを 語るでしょう． わたしはその 數を 知らないからです．
- わたしは 主なる 神の 大能のみわざを 携えゆき， ただあなたの 義のみを， ほめたたえるでしょう．

- But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.
- My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure.
- I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, O Sovereign LORD; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone.
