스가랴 4:1-7:14

 스가랴는 여덟 가지 환상 중 다섯번째로 두 감람나무 사이의 순금 등대 환상, 여섯번째로 날아가는 두루마리 환상, 일곱번째로 에바 안의 여인 환상, 그리고 마지막으로 네 병거 환상을 보았다. 이어 대제사장 여호수아의 대관식을 거행하라는 하나님의 명령이 임했는데, 이는 여덟 가지 환상 중에 예표된 ‘순’과 마찬가지로 메시아를 상징하는 것이었다. 금식 제도가 계속 시행되어야 하는지의 여부를 묻는 벧엘 사람들의 질문에 대해 스가랴는 하나님의 답변을 전하였다.
  
  환상들과 금식(4:1-7:14)    
 
  1. わたしと 語った 天の 使がまた 來て， わたしを 呼びさました． わたしは 眠りから 呼びさまされた 人のようであった．
  2. 彼がわたしに 向かって「何を 見るか 」と 言ったので， わたしは 言った， 「わたしが 見ていると， すべて 金で 造られた 燭台が 一つあって， その 上に 油を 入れる 器があり， また 燭台の 上に 七つのともしび 皿があり， そのともしび 皿は 燭台の 上にあって， これにおのおの 七本ずつの 管があります．
  3. また 燭台のかたわらに， オリブ の 木が 二本あって， 一本は 油をいれる 器の 右にあり， 一本はその 左にあります 」．
  4. わたしはまたわたしと 語る 天の 使に 言った， 「わが 主よ， これらはなんですか 」．
  5. わたしと 語る 天の 使は 答えて， 「あなたはそれがなんであるか 知らないのですか 」と 言ったので， わたしは「わが 主よ， 知りません 」と 言った．
  1. Then the angel who talked with me returned and wakened me, as a man is wakened from his sleep.
  2. He asked me, "What do you see?" I answered, "I see a solid gold lampstand with a bowl at the top and seven lights on it, with seven channels to the lights.
  3. Also there are two olive trees by it, one on the right of the bowl and the other on its left."
  4. I asked the angel who talked with me, "What are these, my lord?"
  5. He answered, "Do you not know what these are?" "No, my lord," I replied.
  1. すると 彼はわたしに 言った， 「ゼルバベル に， 主がお 告げになる 言葉はこれです． 万軍の 主は 仰せられる， これは 權勢によらず， 能力によらず， わたしの 靈によるのである．
  2. 大いなる 山よ， おまえは 何者か． おまえは ゼルバベル の 前に 平地となる． 彼は『惠みあれ， これに 惠みあれ 』と 呼ばわりながら， かしら 石を 引き 出すであろう 」．
  3. 主の 言葉がわたしに 臨んで 言うには，
  4. 「ゼルバベル の 手はこの 宮の 礎をすえた． 彼の 手はこれを 完成する． その 時あなたがたは 万軍の 主が， わたしをあなたがたにつかわされたことを 知る．
  5. だれでも 小さい 事の 日をいやしめた 者は， ゼルバベル の 手に， 下げ 振りのあるのを 見て， 喜ぶ． これらの 七つのものは， あまねく 全地を 行き 來する 主の 目である 」．
  1. So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty.
  2. "What are you, O mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground. Then he will bring out the capstone to shouts of 'God bless it! God bless it!' "
  3. Then the word of the LORD came to me:
  4. "The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands will also complete it. Then you will know that the LORD Almighty has sent me to you.
  5. "Who despises the day of small things? Men will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. "(These seven are the eyes of the LORD, which range throughout the earth.)"
  1. わたしはまた 彼に 尋ねて， 「燭台の 左右にある， この 二本の オリブ の 木はなんですか 」と 言い，
  2. 重ねてまた「この 二本の 金の 管によって， 油をそれから 注ぎ 出す オリブ の 二枝はなんですか 」と 言うと，

  1. Then I asked the angel, "What are these two olive trees on the right and the left of the lampstand?"
  2. Again I asked him, "What are these two olive branches beside the two gold pipes that pour out golden oil?"
  3. He replied, "Do you not know what these are?" "No, my lord," I said.
  4. So he said, "These are the two who are anointed to serve the Lord of all the earth."
 
 
  1. わたしがまた 目をあげて 見ていると， 飛んでいる 卷物を 見た．
  2. 彼がわたしに「何を 見るか 」と 言ったので， 「飛んでいる 卷物を 見ます． その 長さは 二十 キュビト ， その 幅は 十 キュビト です 」と 答えた．
  3. すると 彼はまた， わたしに 言った， 「これは 全地のおもてに 出て 行く， のろいの 言葉です． すべて 盜む 者はこれに 照して 除き 去られ， すべて 僞り 誓う 者は， これに 照して 除き 去られるのです．
  4. 万軍の 主は 仰せられます， わたしはこれを 出て 行かせる． これは 盜む 者の 家に 入り， またわたしの 名をさして 僞り 誓う 者の 家に 入り， その 家の 中に 宿って， これをその 木と 石と 共に 滅ぼすと 」．
  5. わたしと 語る 天の 使は 進んで 來て， わたしに「目をあげて， この 出てきた 物が， なんであるかを 見なさい 」と 言った．
  1. I looked again--and there before me was a flying scroll!
  2. He asked me, "What do you see?" I answered, "I see a flying scroll, thirty feet long and fifteen feet wide. "
  3. And he said to me, "This is the curse that is going out over the whole land; for according to what it says on one side, every thief will be banished, and according to what it says on the other, everyone who swears falsely will be banished.
  4. The LORD Almighty declares, 'I will send it out, and it will enter the house of the thief and the house of him who swears falsely by my name. It will remain in his house and destroy it, both its timbers and its stones.' "
  5. Then the angel who was speaking to me came forward and said to me, "Look up and see what this is that is appearing."
  1. わたしが「これはなんですか 」と 言うと， 彼は「この 出てきた 物は， エパ ¿です 」と 言い， また「これは 全地の 罪です 」と 言った．
  2. そして 見よ， 鉛のふたを 取りあげると， その エパ ¿の 中にひとりの 女がすわっていた．
  3. すると 彼は「これは 罪惡である 」と 言って， その 女を エパ ¿の 中に 押し 入れ， 鉛の 重しを， その ¿の 口に 投げかぶせた．
  4. それからわたしが 目をあげて 見ていると， ふたりの 女が 出てきた． これに， こうのとりの 翼のような 翼があり， その 翼に 風をはらんで， エパ ¿を 天と 地との 間に 持ちあげた．

  1. I asked, "What is it?" He replied, "It is a measuring basket. " And he added, "This is the iniquity of the people throughout the land."
  2. Then the cover of lead was raised, and there in the basket sat a woman!
  3. He said, "This is wickedness," and he pushed her back into the basket and pushed the lead cover down over its mouth.
  4. Then I looked up--and there before me were two women, with the wind in their wings! They had wings like those of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between heaven and earth.
  5. "Where are they taking the basket?" I asked the angel who was speaking to me.
  1. 彼はわたしに 言った， 「シナル の 地で， 女たちのために 家を 建てるのです． それが 建てられると， 彼らは エパ ¿をそこにすえ， それの 土台の 上に 置くのです 」．
  1. He replied, "To the country of Babylonia to build a house for it. When it is ready, the basket will be set there in its place."

  2. 第一の 戰車には 赤馬を 着け， 第二の 戰車には 黑馬を 着け，
  3. 第三の 戰車には 白馬を 着け， 第四の 戰車には， まだらのねずみ 色の 馬を 着けていた．
  4. わたしは， わたしと 語るみ 使に 尋ねた， 「わが 主よ， これらはなんですか 」．
  5. 天の 使は 答えて， わたしに 言った， 「これらは 全地の 主の 前に 現れて 後， 天の 四方に 出て 行くものです．
  1. I looked up again--and there before me were four chariots coming out from between two mountains--mountains of bronze!
  2. The first chariot had red horses, the second black,
  3. the third white, and the fourth dappled--all of them powerful.
  4. I asked the angel who was speaking to me, "What are these, my lord?"
  5. The angel answered me, "These are the four spirits of heaven, going out from standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole world.
  1. 黑馬を 着けた 戰車は， 北の 國をさして 出て 行き， 白馬は 西の 國をさして 出て 行き， まだらの 馬は 南の 國をさして 出て 行くのです 」．
  2. 馬が 出てくると， 彼らは， 地をあまねくめぐるために， しきりに 出たがるのであった． それで 彼が「行って， 地をあまねくめぐれ 」と 言うと， 彼らは 地を 行きめぐった．
  3. すると 彼はわたしを 呼んで， 「北の 國をさして 行く 者どもは， 北の 國でわたしの 心を 靜まらせてくれた 」と 言った．
  4. 主の 言葉がまたわたしに 臨んだ，
  5. 「バビロン から 歸ってきたかの 捕囚の 中から， ヘルダイ ， トビヤ および エダヤ を 連れて， その 日に ゼパニヤ の 子 ヨシヤ の 家に 行き，
  1. The one with the black horses is going toward the north country, the one with the white horses toward the west, and the one with the dappled horses toward the south."
  2. When the powerful horses went out, they were straining to go throughout the earth. And he said, "Go throughout the earth!" So they went throughout the earth.
  3. Then he called to me, "Look, those going toward the north country have given my Spirit rest in the land of the north."
  4. The word of the LORD came to me:
  5. "Take silver and gold from the exiles Heldai, Tobijah and Jedaiah, who have arrived from Babylon. Go the same day to the house of Josiah son of Zephaniah.
  1. 彼らから 金銀を 受け 取って， 一つの 冠を 造り， それを ヨザダク の 子である 大祭司 ヨシュア の 頭にかぶらせて，
  2. 彼に 言いなさい， 『万軍の 主は， こう 仰せられる， 見よ， その 名を 枝という 人がある． 彼は 自分の 場所で 成長して， 主の 宮を 建てる．
  3. すなわち 彼は 主の 宮を 建て， 王としての 光榮を 帶び， その 位に 座して 治める． その 位のかたわらに， ひとりの 祭司がいて， このふたりの 間に 平和の 一致がある 』．
  4. またその 冠は ヘルダイ ， トビヤ ， エダヤ および ゼパニヤ の 子 ヨシヤ の 記念として， 主の 宮に 納められる．
  5. また 遠い 所の 者どもが 來て， 主の 宮を 建てることを 助ける． そしてあなたがたは 万軍の 主が， わたしをつかわされたことを 知るようになる． あなたがたがもし 勵んで， あなたがたの 神， 主の 聲に 聞き 從うならば， このようになる 」．
  1. Take the silver and gold and make a crown, and set it on the head of the high priest, Joshua son of Jehozadak.
  2. Tell him this is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Here is the man whose name is the Branch, and he will branch out from his place and build the temple of the LORD.
  3. It is he who will build the temple of the LORD, and he will be clothed with majesty and will sit and rule on his throne. And he will be a priest on his throne. And there will be harmony between the two.'
  4. The crown will be given to Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah and Hen son of Zephaniah as a memorial in the temple of the LORD.
  5. Those who are far away will come and help to build the temple of the LORD, and you will know that the LORD Almighty has sent me to you. This will happen if you diligently obey the LORD your God."
 
 
  1. ダリヨス 王の 第四年の 九月， すなわち キスリウ という 月の 四日に， 主の 言葉が ゼカリヤ に 臨んだ．
  2. その 時 ベテル の 人¿は， シャレゼル ， レゲン · メレク およびその 從者をつかわして， 主の 惠みを 請い，
  3. かつ 万軍の 主の 宮にいる 祭司に 問わせ， かつ 預言者に 問わせて 言った， 「わたしは 今まで， 多年おこなってきたように， 五月に 泣き 悲しみ， かつ 斷食すべきでしょうか 」．
  4. この 時， 万軍の 主の 言葉がわたしに 臨んだ，
  5. 「地のすべての 民， および 祭司に 告げて 言いなさい， あなたがたが 七十年の 間， 五月と 七月とに 斷食し， かつ 泣き 悲しんだ 時， はたして， わたしのために 斷食したか．
  1. In the fourth year of King Darius, the word of the LORD came to Zechariah on the fourth day of the ninth month, the month of Kislev.
  2. The people of Bethel had sent Sharezer and Regem-Melech, together with their men, to entreat the LORD
  3. by asking the priests of the house of the LORD Almighty and the prophets, "Should I mourn and fast in the fifth month, as I have done for so many years?"
  4. Then the word of the LORD Almighty came to me:
  5. "Ask all the people of the land and the priests, 'When you fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh months for the past seventy years, was it really for me that you fasted?
  1. あなたがたが 食い 飮みする 時， それは 全く 自分のために 食い， 自分のために 飮むのではないか．
  2. 昔 エルサレム がその 周圍の 町¿と 共に， 人が 住み， 榮えていた 時， また 南の 地および 平野にも， 人が 住んでいた 時に， さきの 預言者たちによって， 主がお 告げになった 言葉は， これらの 事ではなかったか 」．
  3. 主の 言葉が， また ゼカリヤ に 臨んだ，
  4. 「万軍の 主はこう 仰せられる， 眞實のさばきを 行い， 互に 相いつくしみ， 相あわれみ，

  1. And when you were eating and drinking, were you not just feasting for yourselves?
  2. Are these not the words the LORD proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem and its surrounding towns were at rest and prosperous, and the Negev and the western foothills were settled?' "
  3. And the word of the LORD came again to Zechariah:
  4. "This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another.
  5. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the alien or the poor. In your hearts do not think evil of each other.'
  1. ところが， 彼らは 聞くことを 拒み， 肩をそびやかし， 耳を 鈍くして 聞きいれず，
  2. その 心を 金剛石のようにして， 万軍の 主がそのみたまにより， さきの 預言者によって 傳えられた， 律法と 言葉とに 聞き 從わなかった． それゆえ， 大いなる 怒りが， 万軍の 主から 出て， 彼らに 臨んだのである．
  3. 「わたしが 呼ばわったけれども， 彼らは 聞こうとしなかった． そのとおりに， 彼らが 呼ばわっても， わたしは 聞かない 」と 万軍の 主は 仰せられる．
  4. 「わたしは， つむじ 風をもって， 彼らを 未知のもろもろの 國民の 中に 散らした． こうして 彼らが 去った 後， この 地は 荒れて 行き 來する 者もなく， この 麗しい 地は 荒れ 地となったのである 」．
  1. "But they refused to pay attention; stubbornly they turned their backs and stopped up their ears.
  2. They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen to the law or to the words that the LORD Almighty had sent by his Spirit through the earlier prophets. So the LORD Almighty was very angry.
  3. " 'When I called, they did not listen; so when they called, I would not listen,' says the LORD Almighty.
  4. 'I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations, where they were strangers. The land was left so desolate behind them that no one could come or go. This is how they made the pleasant land desolate.' "
