- なにゆえ， もろもろの 國びとは ¿ぎたち， もろもろの 民はむなしい 事をたくらむのか．
- 地のもろもろの 王は 立ち 構え， もろもろのつかさはともに， はかり， 主とその 油そそがれた 者とに 逆らって 言う，
- 「われらは 彼らのかせをこわし， 彼らのきずなを 解き 捨てるであろう 」と．
- 天に 座する 者は 笑い， 主は 彼らをあざけられるであろう．
- そして 主は 憤りをもって 彼らに 語り， 激しい 怒りをもって 彼らを 恐れ 惑わせて 言われる，

- Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
- The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
- Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
- He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
- Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
