- わが 神， 主よ， わたしはあなたに 寄り 賴みます． どうかすべての 追い 迫る 者からわたしを 救い， わたしをお 助けください．
- さもないと 彼らは， ししのように， わたしをかき 裂き， 助ける 者の 來ないうちに， 引いて 行くでしょう．
- わが 神， 主よ， もしわたしがこの 事を 行ったならば， もしわたしの 手によこしまな 事があるならば，
- もしわたしの 友に 惡をもって 報いたことがあり， ゆえなく， 敵のものを 略奪したことがあるならば，
- 敵にわたしを 追い 捕えさせ， わたしの 命を 地に 踏みにじらせ， わたしの 魂をちりにゆだねさせてください． 〔セラ

- O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
- Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
- O LORD my God, If I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
- If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
- Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.

- 主よ， 怒りをもって 立ち， わたしの 敵の 憤りにむかって 立ちあがり， わたしのために 目をさましてください． あなたはさばきを 命じられました．
- もろもろの 民をあなたのまわりにつどわせ， その 上なる 高みくらにおすわりください．
- 主はもろもろの 民をさばかれます． 主よ， わたしの 義と， わたしにある 誠實とに 從って， わたしをさばいてください．
- どうか 惡しき 者の 惡を 斷ち， 正しき 者を 堅く 立たせてください． 義なる 神よ， あなたは 人の 心と 思いとを 調べられます．
- わたしを 守る 盾は 神である． 神は 心の 直き 者を 救われる．

- Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
- So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
- The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
- Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
- My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
