- わたしは 敵を 追って， これに 追いつき， これを 滅ぼしつくすまでは 歸らなかったのです．
- わたしが 彼らを 突き 通したので， 彼らは 立ちあがることができず， わたしの 足もとに 倒れました．
- あなたは 戰いのためにわたしに 力を 帶びさせ， わたしに 立ち 向かう 者らをわたしのもとに， かがませられました．
- あなたは 敵にその 後をわたしに 向けさせられたので， わたしは 自分を 憎む 者を 滅ぼしました．
- 彼らは 助けを 叫び 求めたが， 救う 者はなく， 主にむかって 叫んだけれども， 彼らに 答えられなかったのです．

- I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed.
- I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.
- For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.
- Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me.
- They cried, but there was none to save them: even unto the LORD, but he answered them not.

- わたしは 彼らを 風の 前のちりのように 細かに ¿き， ちまたの 泥のように 打ち 捨てました．
- あなたは 民の 爭いからわたしを 救い， わたしをもろもろの 國民のかしらとされました． わたしの 知らなかった 民がわたしに 仕えました．
- 彼らはわたしの 事を 聞くと， ただちにわたしに 從い， 異邦の 人¿はきて， わたしにへつらいました．
- 異邦の 人¿は 打ちしおれて， その 城から 震えながら 出てきました．
- 主は 生きておられます． わが 岩はほむべきかな． わが 救の 神はあがむべきかな．

- Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets.
- Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and thou hast made me the head of the heathen: a people whom I have not known shall serve me.
- As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me: the strangers shall submit themselves unto me.
- The strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places.
- The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted.

- 神はわたしにあだを 報いさせ， もろもろの 民をわたしのもとに 從わせ，
- わたしの 敵からわたしを 救い 出されました． まことに， あなたはわたしに 逆らって ／起りたつ 者の 上にわたしをあげ， 不法の 人からわたしを 救い 出されました．
- このゆえに 主よ， わたしはもろもろの 國民のなかであなたをたたえ， あなたのみ 名をほめ 歌います．
- 主はその 王に 大いなる 勝利を 與え， その 油そそがれた 者に， ダビデ とその 子孫とに， とこしえにいつくしみを 加えられるでしょう．

- It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me.
- He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
- Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name.
- Great deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David, and to his seed for evermore.
