- そのときわが 魂は 主によって 喜び， その 救をもって 樂しむでしょう．
- わたしの 骨はことごとく 言うでしょう， 「主よ， だれかあなたにたぐうべき 者がありましょう． あなたは 弱い 者を 强い 者から 助け 出し， 弱い 者と 貧しい 者を， かすめ 奪う 者から 助け 出される 方です 」と．
- 惡意のある 證人が 起って， わたしの 知らない 事をわたしに 尋ねる．
- 彼らは 惡をもってわたしの 善に 報い， わが 魂を 寄るべなき 者とした．
- しかし， わたしは 彼らが 病んだとき， 荒布をまとい， 斷食してわが 身を 苦しめた． わたしは 胸にこうべをたれて 祈った，

- And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
- All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
- False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.
- They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.
- But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

- ちょうど， わが 友， わが 兄弟のために ／悲しんだかのように． わたしは 母をいたむ 者のように ／悲しみうなだれて 步きまわった．
- しかし 彼らはわたしのつまずくとき， 喜びつどい， ともに 集まってわたしを 責めた． わたしの 知らない 他國の 者は ／わたしをののしってやめなかった．
- 彼らはますます， けがす 言葉をもってあざけり， わたしにむかって 齒をかみならした．

- I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.
- But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:
- With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
